New Report Edit Interface

We are working on a new interface for editing reports.

Sites that want to try out the new interface can email support@legalserver.org or otherwise contact their favorite LegalServer support staff person.

The new interface does not change functionality or introduce new features.

The new interface looks and works the same in LS4 and LS5.
