Obscure Organization Types CUA, DSHS Office, and IHPS

CUA and IHPS are used together in the "FAU CUA/IHPS/Foster Fields" block. They provide specific toggle questions on cases:

• CUA (Community Umbrella Agency): Triggers a section asking "Is there a CUA?" and provides a dropdown filtered to organizations of the CUA type.
• IHPS (In-Home Protective Services): Triggers a section asking "Is there an IHPS Agency?" and provides a dropdown filtered to organizations of the IHPS type.

DSHS Office (Department of Social and Health Services) is used to filter an organization dropdown field named DSHS Office.
