Reports - Tasks and Deadlines

There is a top level Todo table for reporting on tasks across all modules, not just cases.

For tasks and deadlines on cases:

Case Data > Tasks (One Row Per Task) has all the detail about tasks, including whether a task is a deadline.

Case Data > Task Summary table has a Task List field that concatenates all tasks (including completed tasks) on a case into a comma separated list in cell. The format is due date, task title, and task type. If the task is a deadline it shows "Deadline" following by the deadline type.

Case Data > Matter Has an Incomplete Task has 3 fields:

  • Incomplete Task List. A concatenated list of all incomplete tasks on each case.
  • Incomplete Task Count. The number of incomplete tasks on each case.
  • Has an Incomplete Task. Displays "Yes" for each case that has an incomplete task.
