Messages

Users can send messages to each other within LegalServer.

Messages are preferred by some sites because they never leave your LegalServer site, unlike emails.

If the Messages feature is enabled by site administrators, a widget appears at the top of every page. Here are screenshots in LS4 and LS5 showing a user has one unread message and hovering over the widget in LS4 and clicking the widget in LS5:

You can send a message in various places, such as when adding a case note, if site administrator have configured a feature to allow that.
