New Service Block

The New Service block is placed on an auxiliary case or organization form to create a new service record on the case or organization.

Configuration Options

  • Phase Form dropdown list
  • Create Process Use to Edit Created Phase dropdown
  • Edit Existing Phase if One Exists checkbox
  • Limit Editing Existing Phases by Type selector. (Only appears on the screen if Edit Existing Phase if One Exists option is checked)
