SMS Block

The SMS block displays the fields needed to send an SMS message from a case.

Configuration Options

  • Show SMS Queue
  • Show SMS Log
  • Show SMS Consent
  • Omit Phone Number UI Formatting Requirements -- use this option if you need to send texts to countries outside the US (unless the destination country accepts standard 10 digit numbers. Parts of Mexico have "gateways" that allow this).
  • Limit Message to 160 Characters - useful option if your clients have trouble receiving long texts.
