Add Document Block

Allows a file to be uploaded and optionally a Title for the file entered.

Similar to the Add Document with Title block. This does not save to SharePoint, Dropbox, or Google Drive.

Configuration Options

Show "Documents & Folders" Heading
Yes - displays a dropdown list of folders on the form
No - shows inside the configuration "Automatically Create Folder" - select Yes to fill in the folder Name
Show Folder Link
