Add Document with Title Block

This block allows uploading a file and giving it the configured Title name when used on a form. It will display any uploaded document when used on a profile.

Useful to allow uploading when a document should have a specific title like "Retainer Agreement" or "Charging Document".

This block is available for several different modules.

This does not upload to SharePoint, Dropbox, or Google Drive if those integrations are enabled.

Configuration Options

• Title - sets the Title field for the uploaded file
• Show List of Uploaded Docs?
• Don't require upload if file already exists
• Show Folder
