Add Document with Title Block
This block allows uploading a file to a case and giving it the configured Title name when used on a form. It will display any uploaded documents when used on a profile.
Useful to allow uploading when a document should have a specific title like "Retainer Agreement" or "Charging Document".
This block does not upload to SharePoint, Dropbox, or Google Drive, even if one of those integrations is enabled.
Similar to the Add Document block.
Configuration Options
- Required?
- Title - sets the Title field for the uploaded file
- Show List of Uploaded Docs?
- Don't require upload if file already exists
- Show Folder
- Show Folder Link
