XML Data Download Block

This block displays a clickable link, "Download the Case/Matter XML Data by clicking here". The link that downloads most of the data on a case into an XML file.

See the file at the bottom of this page as an example of the format and the data downloaded.

Note: Organizations may not want any user who can view a case to see this link and be able to easily download the case data. If so, do not put this block directly on the main profile page. Instead, place it on an auxiliary form, then remove user role permissions on the auxiliary process that calls the form. This allows the Download link to be hidden behind an Actions menu link that only certain users can see.
