User Does Not Appear on Verify Time Page

For a user to appear on verify time pages (for EVT and AGM):

• "Exclude User From Pay Period Process" must be "No" or blank.
• They must have an FTE Percentage entry covering the pay period in question that is not 0% or blank.
• They have at least one timeslip in the pay period.

The Exclude field and FTE percentage are both on user records, often on a form reached via Actions menu > Edit Payroll Information, or similar.

If your site uses the Supervisor feature on user records, the Verify page only shows users you supervise by default. A user may not show up for the first pay period in which you were set as their supervisor. Remove the default filter temporarily to see them.
