Email - General Site Settings

The Admin > Site Settings page contains a section for Email.

"E-mails which will be CCed when a ticket is submitted" - highly recommended that at least one site administrator email address be added. A "ticket" in this context means someone got an error and submitted the error report, or manually submitted a report via Help menu > Support Request.

"Banned Words" - see https://help.legalserver.org/article/2704-banned-words-in-incoming-emails

"Add Reply-To Header" - if enabled, emailed case notes will include a reply-to header that includes the sender's email address and the email address of the case.

"Add Reference in Emailed Case Notes" - If enabled, emailed case notes will include a line in the body of the email with a Unique ID reference to the original case note.
