Pro Bono Batch Referral Attempts

This feature allows you to record a referral attempt on multiple cases and for multiple attorneys at the same time.

Cost: To be determined.

Status: Beta testing. File a ticket from your site (Help menu > Support Request) if you want to be considered for elite Beta Tester status.

Configuration

Users intending to use this feature should have the User Role Permission "Administer Pro Bono Tools" enabled.

Usage

To use this feature go to Admin > Batch Pro Bono Assignment Attempt.

This page is divided into three sections.

Select Referral Attempt Note

Unlike the standard Referral Attempt feature, selecting "Email" from the Contact Method dropdown does not provide a communication element.

Pro Bono Case Selection

Here you would select any cases that you want the referral attempts to apply to when creating the batch set. There are numerous filters on this listview that you can use to narrow down the list.

Attorney Selection

You can select any number of attorneys using this feature.
