External Intakes

Purpose: External Intakes can be enabled on your primary site. This brings Online Intake features to your site allowing anonymous external users to complete an intake.

This can optionally be combined with InCert to embed an Intake process in an external website. That requires purchasing both InCert and External Intakes.

Cost: $2,500 one time plus $50/month.

The intake is configured in the same way as an Online Intake, but on your existing site instead of a separate online intake site. The intake is created on your site. At the end of the intake process, instead of an Online Intake Transfer, you can then have the Set Pending Only block to create a pending case, or no block to leave it as an Incomplete Intake.

Some examples include Court officers creating cases on your site when staff have been assigned and there is no question that a case will be opened on the site. Or Technical Assistance requests being opened by non-staff members.
