LS-41334: The Group field displayed by the Group and Language block now bears the red star of requiredness. Not selecting Yes or No will now give you a standard friendly warning instead of an error.
🇲🇽 LS-105520: The Process Language block is good at letting someone pick a language and then display things in that language. Frequently used in online intakes. But what if you somehow already know the language and don't want to prompt the person or even show them a language selector? The new "Use Client Language" option in said block may be just the ticket.
🗒️ LS-106870: The Default Type selector in a Case Note subactor in a template will now display a list of note types, instead of the previous confusing list of address types. While in there, we made an "Assigned Organization Name" field available on the Map step in the fields list of the Case Information actor.
🔢 LS-107459: Report filters on number fields could cause unexpected results if a filter was set to "Between" and had two values, but then was changed to "Is Exactly" or a type that only takes one value. The second value entered in the "Between" was not getting cleared out, adding a hidden filter to your report that confused you. Deconfusion applied.
🗓️ LS-108276: You've implemented the ability to link multiple cases to a calendar event. But you ran your favorite Calendar Events report and were disheartened when the "9AM Arraignments" event only showed one case instead of twelve. If so, you will enjoy the new "Calendar Events > Associated Cases (One Row Per Case)" subtable. While we were in there, we relabeled the existing "Associated Case" subtable to "Associated Case (Most Recently Created Case)" to clarify what it is doing in real life if multiple cases are linked to an event.
✨ 📓 LS-108304: When you electronically transfer a case a nice "Data Transfer" case note is created showing what was sent. Wouldn't it be grand if the receiving case had such a note showing what was received? We thought so.
[Correction] 🚀 LS-108504: The Case Data > Adverse Party Summary subtable and Adverse Party Summary with Address subtable available in reports have been replaced with fields available directly on the top level Case Data table. If you have reports still using either subtable, delete the subtable and replace it with the desired field. You do not need to replace the subtables for reports to continue to work, but you will likely want to if either is causing long load time.
LS-108524: The Add Field Element selector in Flowblock blocks works well. Unless you have some really, really, really long field names (you know who you are). Said selector is now width restricted.
LS-108545: The "Case/Matter - Cases" list view that probably powers the "Incomplete Intakes" tab on your Cases section front can now be sorted by Intake User. While we were in there, we changed the user name display from "First Middle Last" to "Last, First Middle", because that's the norm.
LS-108546: If you try to start a Timer while one is already running, there's a nice modal that tells you that, and offers to stop the running one and create a timeslip. Not so nice if you support internet freedom and are using Firefox, because the modal is so squished you can't read the message. Desquishing applied.
LS-108548: A Branch Logic block toggling on the "Funding Code(s)" field will now present a single select field, not a multiselect, which no one wants.
🌟 🌟 🌟 LS-108550: Have you longed for user-based filters on reports (at least in Edit mode) to let you search and select users who are set to Current = No? Yeah, many of us have. Well now you can. And yes, Virginia, this means you can set the user who just left the organization to Current = No, and still select them in the filters. Run mode is a horse of a different color. We'll get there one day.
✅ LS-108594: You've configured the Case Note List block to display task notes and they show up wonderfully. Using the "Delete" link was not quite as wonderful. But now that link will delete the case note, delete the note from the task, and, for the trifecta, the Deleted Notes Log will show the deleted note and reference the case wherefrom it was deleted.
LS-108671: AGM Expensers can look at the "Expense Reports Already Verified" list. So far, so good. But click "View All" or try column sorting? Not exactly good, unless you like frozen red lists. Deep thawing will be applied by this update.
LS-108772: Should submit buttons have white text on a gray button for the legion of iPad folks who have installed Microsoft Edge on said pads? Seemed rude, so we'll stop doing that.
🧯 LS-108957: A phone filter on a list view was causing some demo sites' Cases section front to throw an error. Fix pushed out to all demo sites. No live sites suffered the affliction.
