Changes

πŸ”„ Effective on 2024-01-18 for demo sites, then 2024-01-26 for live sites. πŸ”„

API Mavens should check the always interesting and informative API Changelog.

⭐ LS-98212: The "Docket Number" labels and functionality when you Search > People have been wrested from the jaws of confusion and polished into a model of clarity. The search setting "Include litigation results" will put a "Docket Number (Litigation)" field in the Search > People popup window (or 'modal' if you prefer). This field is what 99.7% of you think of when you think "Docket Number" and search. The search setting "Show Person/Family Member’s Docket Number” will put a "Docket Number (Person)" field in the popup window. If you've forgotten where these search settings are: Admin > Top Level Navigation Bar/Search, then click on the Search tab.

LS-98465: Funded by LSC? Love the GAR Self Inspection feature? Would love it even more if Program was a column in the list? This ticket is for you.

LS-100473: You edited your case profile and decided to display a different label for the "Cell Phone # Safe" field. Try as you might, it refused to display your "OK to text?" label. Try again after the fix in this ticket lands for a more joyful experience. Other label-averse system fields on your case profile will benefit as well.

LS-101502: Spanish (and other language) translation labels you put on fields in your Guided Navigation dialogues of diversity should display, even if the English label text is empty. So that's what we will start doing.

LS-110195: You've added the Generic Outgoing API block to your Guided Navigation dialogue of intrigue. Some of you noticed that changing parameters in the block did not save. And told us about it. We listened.

πŸš€ LS-110530: Made a change that will make some reports noticeably faster to load. It depends on the columns displayed, the filters used, phase of the moon, and query planning statistics that few people want to know about and even fewer understand. Pushed out to all sites on 2024-01-15 at 17:34 UTC.

LS-101213: You added the Add Case Note block to your Guided Navigation segment of splendor, selected a Default Note Type and were happy. Until you realized your selection didn't save. Happier days are ahead.

LS-106849: You've made great use of the Task Note block on your shiny dynamic task forms, but longed for an option to always show the note instead of an "Add Note" button. Long no more.

LS-106850: You (from the release note just above) have also dreamed of a way to make the note box smaller, mediumer, or larger. Dream realized.

LS-109442: The Flowblock block will be available on all sites. No need for filing a ticket or contacting Support or pleading in Office Hours or such if it isn't already available on your site.

πŸ”ƒ LS-109663: If you've exposed the Next Court Date column in the Current Assignments list view (which powers most homepage "My Cases", "My Assignments", etc. tabs), your advocates will be pleased to see that sorting on that column puts cases with no such date at the bottom of the list.

πŸš€ LS-109826: Mavens who have imported and run the System Log with Changes report may be pleasantly surprised by shorter load time.

πŸš€ LS-109992: Improve document upload speed (time spent processing; we can't increase your upstream bandwidth).
