Changes

☎️ LS-114518: When you send an SMS text message from a case, the "SMS Phone" number it will be sent to defaults to the client's mobile phone number if there is one. To provide more flexibility, "SMS Phone" will now default to the Preferred Phone number, if there is one, then the mobile phone number, if there is one.
🔍 LS-120665: The search results for a field like Recipients or Users or Attendees should always appear adjacent to the field being searched. Having the results float to a different spot on a form, sometimes even requiring scrolling to see them, was deemed a poor user experience, so we won't do that anymore.
📎 ⭐ 📎 LS-120686: For sites with SMS, if an inbound message has attachment(s) (colloquially: "media" or "pictures"), and the text is linked to multiple cases per the site's Inbound Message Matching Logic, we will now copy the media to all linked cases.
ℹ️ LS-120693: Detect when a site doesn’t have a Referral Hub Organization set up and yet tries to list RH Orgs in the RH display block. Display a helpful message in that situation.
🗒️ LS-120739: The "Case Copy - Note Copy - Include Singular Notes?" and "Case Copy - Note Copy - Include Sub-module (timeslip, task, etc.) notes?" (found on the Admin > Process Settings page) will now be more robust about copying the indicated notes.
🖱️ LS-120759: Putting the Knowledge Resource Display block in your Guided Navigation dialogue of wonder and choosing the "Select resources manually using this list" option will now let you select resources.
🚒 🧑🚒 LS-120823: The ability to select a user for the Primary Assignment when accepting a case at the end of an intake disappeared on demo sites. We found the selector and restored it on 2024-10-03 at 3:01 PM Eastern. Live sites never were, and shall never be, so afflicted.
🚒 🧑🚒 LS-120849: Search > People > Case Number stopped working on Friday (2024-10-04). Fix pushed out everywhere that day at 10:02 AM Eastern.
🚒 🧑🚒 LS-120860: The static Assign Case page was not working on some sites on Friday (2024-10-04). Fix pushed out everywhere that day at 10:42 AM Eastern.
🚒 🧑🚒 LS-120867: Search > Cause Number was not returning results if you included non-alphanumeric characters in the search on Friday (2024-10-04). Fix pushed out everywhere that day at 12:49 PM Eastern.
