SMS - SMS Phone could not be validated by your service provider

If you try to send a text and get this message:

SMS Phone could not be validated by your service provider. Error Message: [HTTP 401] Unable to fetch record: Authenticate

If SMS has been working, that usually means your Twilio account if out of funds.
