Changes

🔄 Effective 2025-05-08 for demo sites, then 2025-05-16 for live sites. 🔄

🪄 API mavens should review the always informative, interesting, and ever changing API Changelog.

🛞 LS-120809: Referral Hub mavens will surely be happy to hear we're adding the ability to sync counties to referral hub services.

🏦 LS-125793: The Case Data > Trust Transaction Details subtable in reports gets a new field "Running Total (Date Aware)". Sites with multiple trust transactions on the same day on cases will likely enjoy this.

🏦 LS-125794: The Trust Transaction block gets bunch of new options to let you hide many fields and require others.

🤖 LS-126047: APIs sometimes feel a need to demonstrate their idiosyncrasies. Like when you send one a query parameter to set need_password_change_next_login to false, and it just ignores it. Endpoint behavior modification being applied.

🍱 LS-126803: The Admin > Extensions page gets a slew of new items so you can tell if your site has features enabled like API V2, Remote Cases, Multiple Language Support, JeffBot, etc.

👩🏼‍🔧 LS-126893: The Knowledge Resource Display block can be added to your Guided Navigation segment of wonder, but it doesn't save your configurations. It should. So it shall.

🙈 LS-126999: If you set "Allow in E-Transfers?" to "No" on a case note, should that note be transferred if the case is transferred to another site? It should not. And it shall not.

⛓️‍💥 LS-127705: If you put a link like "housinghelp.org/security-deposits" in an Instruction element in your Guided Navigation dialogue of wonder, should we strip the "-" so your hapless visitors get a 404 when they click on that link? Well, no, we should not. So we'll stop it.

🤖 LS-128554: Work on Smart Notes (tm) and Smart Time (US Pat. Pend.)

Dave: "What are Smart Notes and Smart Time HAL?"
HAL:  "Something wonderful."
Dave: "Are those available now?"
HAL:  "I calculate a 92% probability they will launch in the current calendar year."

📄 LS-129008: On sites with Sharepoint integration, a case note created from an email with multiple attachments started showing only one of the files. All the files are uploaded to the Sharepoint folders, but people really liked seeing the full list with the case note, so we're going to go back to doing that.

⭐ LS-129011: The Minimal Interface and Don't Let Users Touch Things crowds will be excited to see the new "Make Program read only on the static Assignment Profile and Transfer Primary Assignment pages" setting available in the Assignment Settings section on the Admin > Process Settings page.

🧪 LS-129017: If your Formula Field of delight uses "Add a literal" it will cause great sadness when you try to add said field to a report. Joy will be yours after this fix lands.

⏱️ LS-129057: The bare Time Spent field doesn't honor your rounding setting (Admin > Timekeeping Settings page), but you don't want all the stuff displayed by the Start/Stop Time block which does (honor your rounding setting). Surely you will enjoy the new "Hide Start/Stop Times" option in that block.
