🪄 API mavens should review the always informative, interesting, and ever changing API Changelog.
👩🏼🔧 🌊 ☎️ LS-125704: A Workflow action to send an SMS message will start telling you that SMS Phone is the Preferred Phone number if set, or the mobile phone number, and that a message will only be sent if the phone number is marked "Safe". If your site does not set the "Safe" field for phone numbers, you can imagine what won't happen.
🏖️ LS-127056: AGM mavens will surely be pleased to hear that we fixed an issue where holiday time was not correctly excluded from calculations of comp time or overtime.
🏦 LS-127301: AGM Expensers will surely be pleased to see a new "Expense Report Disposition Log" table available in their Expense Reports of wonder reports. View the dates of each step of the approval process along with the user performing the approval.
📧 LS-128055: If you enter an Activity record, including a note and emailing said note, should the Emailed column in the case notes list reflect that, or be an empty column of sadness? We think you'll like our choice.
🦮 LS-128777: Guided Navigation mavens expressed a deep, heartfelt need for "Action: Set a Field's Value" to include the power to "reset" fields back to null, or blank if you prefer. Surely their hearts will rejoice. If you are about to start an email explaining how a field's value can't truly be set to null once it is not null, may we suggest a walk instead.
📪 LS-129034: Address validation is the bee's knees, but can prompt with "Did you mean?" again when revisiting a form despite having said OK earlier. It depends on the Address block configuration, the data entered, and phase of the moon, but we're adding some special sauce to reduce unnecessary prompts, possibly to zero.
🏦 LS-129103: The Shift Funds feature (AGM sites only) will no longer mark timeslips as updated by a user just clicking "Recalculate Available Funds".
☎️ LS-129119: If you ring up HUD's API it doesn't always answer. When that happens, we will stop writing a case note about the error, and instead set the new fields HUD State API Request Error and/or HUD Area API Request Error to true (colloquially: Yes).
⛓️💥 LS-129123: When associating cases, the search for other cases excludes the case you are on (good) as well as any cases in the same bundle as the current case (confusing). This ticket removes the confusion.
🌎 LS-130075: Browser tabs recently got wordy; going from "Ineida Help (23-0000041)" when viewing a case to "Main Profile - Ineida Help (23-0000041) - LegalServer". The votes have been tallied and we're going back to the concise, useful version. If you have disabled showing case information in browser tabs on the Admin > Site Settings page, that will not change.
📣 LS-130085: Putting the Family Information block on the first page of an intake will display a friendly note when someone starts that intake instead of throwing an error at the hapless user.
📻 🔘 LS-130161: The Radio Button with Rollup option lets you pick a value for a field, but recently started refusing to let you change the selection once made. Requiring practically perfect data entry seems harsh, so we're going back to letting you change your mind as often as you want.
🖱️ 📆 LS-130165: Some older sites had the date picker icon for Date of Service on timeslips disappear. Entering dates with number keys can force you to put down the beverage in your non-dominant hand, so we're putting the date picker back. Click, sip, click, sip. Joy.
👩🏽⚖️ LS-130303: Litigation records have litigants, but litigants don't have a nice notes box to enter tidbits of information about each one. If you just said "Ooo, I'd like that." then surely you will enjoy the new "Show Note" option in the Litigants block.
📣 LS-130525: Putting the Outreach Organizations Extended block on an outreach create form will display a friendly note when someone starts adding a new outreach instead of throwing an error at the hapless user.
🚒 🧑🏼🚒 LS-130297: Advanced Grant Filters were errantly showing some grants/funding codes as not available even when the filters evaluated to true. Fix pushed out on 2025-05-14 at 1:43 PM Eastern.
