Reports - Matter Date Open Range

The Date Open Range field on this subtable looks at a case's entire disposition history, and will produce multiple rows on a report if a case has been opened and closed multiple times.

Use Date Open Range unless you need to report on cases that have been reopened and you want to cover the previous date(s) a case was open.
