Reports - Matter Date Open Range

The Date Open Range field on this subtable looks at a case's entire disposition history, and will produce multiple rows on a report if a case has been opened and closed multiple times.

Use Reports - Case Date Open Range unless you need to report on cases that have been reopened and you want to cover the previous date(s) a case was open.
