Advanced Search

If you are looking for module specific filters they are available by selecting the module and clicking the filter icon. This is also where you can search case notes specifically.

For example, if you wanted to search on the client's first and last name:

  1. Click inside the Search anything box at the top left of any page.
  2. Select Cases (or the module you would like to search) inside the search window.
  3. Click the Advanced Filter icon in the upper right corner of the search window.
  4. Click the Add Filter button, then First Name, click the Add Filter button again then Last Name.
  5. Enter your search terms.

The filter menu contains all the search and filtering options you've been using, organized in an easy-to-navigate format. This ensures you can continue your work efficiently while we continue to work on enhanced search features.

Permissions Needed

These are things only site administrators can change.

System: Show Top Search Link user role permission to see the Search box.

The Search tab on the Admin > Top Level Navigation Bar contains a plethora of options for what to show for each User Role.
