SimpleJustice Portal: External Forms

You can also share External Forms with Clients or Users on the SimpleJustice Portal. This allows you to provide information that may not be availble on the portal otherwise, and request that Clients or Users complete a specific form.

Once you create the external form as you typically would, you can select whether you are sending the form to an attorney or a client, and select the contact method, which will include the "SimpleJustice Portal" as an option.

Please note: while your Users and Clients will received a notification when the form is shared with them, a notification isn't generated when they save the form, so you'll want to have another way to indicate the information was received.
