Instruction box scripts not currently functional.
The calendar Events list doesn't allow for filtering or bulk edits.
Embedded reports pagination not working correctly.
HUD Median Income block requires fixes.
EVT / AGM processes are getting attention but need more.
Case Alert Block currently doesn't format alerts. You can use the Case Alert list view for now.
LS-142614: Case timeslip search results in LS5 do not include each case's LPC like LS4 does.
LS-143128: LS5 Login Screen does not contain SSO required text and does not hide username and password fields.
LS-143207: "Check All" checkbox on the list of unread messages does not check all the messages in the list in LS5, like it does in the venerable LS4.
LS-143210: Messages feature can't decide if it is 2026-04-23 or Apr 23, 2026.
LS-143254: LS5: Can't check box for "Delete Existing Disabled Elements on Save".
LS-143311: Embedded reports don't have a horizontal scrollbar in LS5.
LS-143324: "Add Intake Notes" in the Steps slideover of an intake process, and the pencil in a box icon below the "x/y" icon, do not reflect the current Intake Notes, nor update them
LS-143350: Screening Status block not working in LS5 on profile tab.
LS-143390: Field level Help Text is displayed on screen in LS5 in some fields, not just as hover text.
LS-143411: In-place field editing on profiles stopped working in LS5.
LS-143423: Activity Details field on timeslip displays nothing in LS5.
LS-143593: The Report Part block's Width Percentage does not work in LS5.
LS-143640: Home page time alerts are fully expanded in LS5; no collapsed option with a count of how many alerts there are, as in LS4.
LS-143674: Supervisor/Supervising block does not display existing data on a form in LS5.
LS-143744: Note(s) Generic block displays the label twice in LS5.
LS-143753: Grant list's implied sort on Code in LS5 is lost on pages 2, 3, etc.
LS-143757: Classic grant filters can't be added in LS5.
LS-143784: HTML Bleed in the Alerts header in LS5 on an Add/Edit Grant Form.
LS-143810: LS5 does not hide Political Boundaries even when unchecked in the Address block.
LS-143830: Some Flowblock fields that are clickable links in LS4 are not clickable in LS5. Current list: All Current Assignments, Income Summary, Expense Summary, Asset Summary, Primary Advocate, All Additional Names, and All Phone Numbers.
LS-143832: Embedded report on home page tab repeats multiple times when, in LS5, you click on other tabs, then return to the tab with the embedded report.
LS-143888: Flowblock All Household Members field in LS5 displays address and phone fields that are empty (LS4 does not) and there is no separation between multiple people.
LS-143931: Multi-select field in Guided Navigation dialogue works in LS4 to show additional fields, but LS5 does nothing but produce a console error.
LS-143962: Report hearts in LS5 are tiny little things comparable to the Grinch's two sizes too small heart.
LS-143974: Fields on a profile page are not editable in LS5.
LS-143990: LITC block category selection does not filter the next field in LS5.
LS-143991: External form "Calculator" link below Expiration Date does not work in LS5.
LS-144017: Mailing Address block selectors are dead in LS5.
LS-144008: Create Assignment block's dropdown fields display a single letter in LS5 on small screens or small browser windows.
LS-144090: Timeslip submit buttons require two clicks in Safari in LS5
LS-144091: Safari user can't use Add Filter in Search Anything.
LS-144108: Many LS5 list views display client names "First Last" Instead of "Last, First".
LS-144127: Choose Recipients when emailing a note in LS5 is a bit confusing and requires mouse clicks and more keyboarding activity than LS4.
LS-144133: The Show Timeslips option in the Primary Funding Code block doesn't show the timeslips in LS5.
LS=144178: The Multiple Outcomes v2 block does not honor the Maximum Number of Outcomes in this Group setting in LS5.
LS-144200: Wrap Wide LS5 Tab Lists stopped working.
LS-144237: Scroll arrow on a tab row not working on Outreach profile in LS5.
LS-144251: Multiple Outcomes v2 does not provide a search and select style of selecting outcomes in LS5.
LS-144388: Current Assignments in LS4 default sorts on Name. LS5 does not.
LS-144460: Clicking on My Time in LS5 displays an empty box of nothingness (not EVT or AGM).
LS-144474: Search Anything in LS5 doesn't search for Bundles.
LS-144488: LS5 (at least in Flowblock) is making phone number clickable "tel:" links despite URL Scheme being set to "No Link".
LS-144503: Associate case buttons in Conflict Search results don't work in LS5.
LS-144525: Unable to create an Activity Preset in LS5.
LS-144794: Flowblock Case Disposition field has magic colors in LS4, but not LS5.
LS-144818: Static task profile side bar links need to be surfaced in LS5.
LS-144822: LS5 displays a shorter list of funding codes on other time timeslip.
LS-144840: Search Anything in LS5 can't be turned off by user role like red Search in LS4.
LS-144892: LS5 Calendar View doesn't respect user preferences for the Beginning and End of day.
LS-144940: Search Anything in LS5 does not include Outreach records.
LS-145081: The pins for pinned case notes don't do anything in LS5.
LS-145098: Leave Report lists do not have column totals for Hours in LS5.
LS-145112: Date of Service filter for a Pay Period on the Timekeeping Log doesn't update the dates displayed in the filter configuration popup, but do apply correctly if you ignore the visual anomaly.
LS-145114: Domestic Violence block is showing Relation to Abuser field in LS5 even if the initial question is answered "No".
LS-145140: "Select None" and "Select All" in report filters in edit mode are tiny links instead of proper buttons as in LS4.
LS-145166: Pro Bono timeslip on a case offers all current pro bono users in LS5, not just the ones assigned to the case with an option to select non-assigned users.
LS-145170: The Process Button block does not work in LS5.
LS-145191: Help Text on the Time Spent field is not display if the Start/Stop Time block is used.
LS-145193: Current Assignments sorts by Name, but going to page 2 displays rows sorted by Case Number.
LS-145214: Objectives selector from the Set Priorities and Objectives block not working as expected in LS5.
LS-145216: Select All checkbox in Batch Funding Code Update does not work in LS5.
LS-145222: Favicon display in browser tabs is sporadic or non-existent in LS5.
LS-145211: Leave Report page side bar user selector is non-existent in LS5.
LS-145251: Timeslips list view on a case in LS5 does not display the total hours.
LS-145288: No side bar in LS5 means no "Recent Clients" or "Recent Outreaches" when adding timeslips from the main Timekeeping page.
LS-145289: Location field on an outreach form is an empty space of sadness in LS5.
LS-145343: Pasting "(555) 555-1212" into a phone field works in LS4, but not LS5.
LS-145353: Search boxes within list views mostly work but sometimes show all results.
LS-145349: Email Recipients search on a Scheduled Report produces incorrect results in LS5.
LS-145357: Part to Send in a scheduled report has "No available options" in LS5.
LS-145365: Admin > Custom Field Management does not select the Custom Fields tab in LS5 like LS4 does.
LS-145367: Submitting form in LS4 shows required field warnings, LS5 button just says "Processing".
LS-145405: Report Part block on a profile can be configured to display a clickable link to an auxiliary process in LS4 but not in LS5.

Recent Fixes

LS-142148: Calculated age does not appear next to Date of Birth field in LS5 like it does in LS4. (2026-05-29)
LS-142287: Primary Assignment filter returns inactive users in LS5, but not LS4. (2026-05-29)
LS-142771: Case Status History (For Editing) list view in LS5 is not displaying Start and End dates of case statuses. (2026-06-19)
LS-143240: Can't email a case note in LS5. Recipients is an empty dropdown. (Fixed on live 2026-05-15)
LS-143282: Add New Document on a case throws an error in LS5. (Fixed on live 2026-05-15)
LS-143283: "Create support request" link in a ROLLBACK error box does nothing in LS5. (2026-06-19)
LS-143313: The Login filter on the Timekeeping block log does not work in LS5. (2026-06-19)
LS-143341: Checkbox to confirm your time does not work in LS5. (Fixed on live 2026-05-15)
LS-143371: County of Dispute field is not working in LS5; no Show All Values, not a search and select
LS-143377: The Applicant Name (Prescreen) block SSN option displays two "Social Security #" labels on the form.
LS-143380: County of Dispute field lets you select a county in LS5, then throws a required field missing prompt because there is no County of Dispute.
LS-143407: A new pane below the list of timeslips in LS5 shows the totals that LS4 displays in the side bar. If your site has EVT or AGM, your confirm and verify links will appear below the new pane in a Pay Periods section. (2026-05-22)
LS-144435: Advanced Add Columns, Method 1 in reports missing labels in LS5 and the two selectors do not default to "Please Select" like LS4 does. (2026-06-12)
LS-143506: Changing filters on many lists doesn't work in LS5 because the options are displayed behind/under the filter popup. (Fixed on live 2026-05-15)
LS-143534: Cannot filter Batch Funding Code Update Tool Caseworker filter in LS5 says "No available options" (Fixed on live as of 2026-06-09)
LS-143595: Multiple Outcomes V2 block is not honoring the "Only show outcomes for this group" option in LS5, thus allowing undesired outcomes to be entered. (Fixed on live 2026-05-22)
LS-143599: Use Static Default Values in the Assets block displays rows in LS5 that are not configured to show anything, thus allowing entry of asset types the site does not want. (Fixed on live 2026-05-22)
LS-143638: Can't stop a Timer and create a timeslip in LS5. (Fixed on live 2026-05-22)
LS-143641: The "Manual (Display Link)" option for external forms (Client Survey Send Request block) does not display a link to use in LS5. (Fixed on live 2026-05-22)
LS-143651: Filtering Date of Service by Pay Period in the Timekeeping Log does not work in LS5. (2029-05-29)
LS-143673: LS5 displays all the Address block political boundaries, not just the ones you checked in your Guided Navigation segment of wonder. (2026-05-29)
LS-143681: Primary Assignment filter on the Case/Matter - Cases list view has "No available options" in LS5. (2026-05-29)
LS-143841: Funding Code Timekeeping Change block does not display funding code dropdowns in LS5. (2026-05-29)
LS-143914: Activity Log list view in LS5 does not display notes. (2026-06-26)
