LS-147561: Recommended Documents block that displays document templates produces a badly formatted list in LS5.
LS-147614: Case Alert users selector does not allow keyboard input to select a user in LS5.
LS-147769: The Case Note List does not have alternate row shading in LS5 like it does in LS4.
LS-147936: LS5 scrolls past Homepage Alerts, Announcements, and Instructions to put focus on the first tab row.

LS-148576: Pinned Notes field in Flowblock is configured to be a clickable link, and it is when viewed in LS4. Not so much in LS5.
LS-148578: Paste (555) 555-1212 into a phone field in LS5 and you get (555) 555-12.
LS-148754: Run mode report date filter selectors in LS5 are oddly aligned in Chrome.
LS-148768: Print profile with Case Note List block prints jumbled notes in LS5.
LS-148781: Second embedded report on home page shows 10 blank rows in LS5 when Show View Link = Yes.
LS-148785: The Multiple Outcomes v2 block is much slower to load in LS5 than LS4 on sites with complicated outcomes.
LS-148965: The list displayed by "Change Client Associated With This Case" is missing the top radio button in LS5.
Wishlist: LS-148990: Add client's email address to the LS5 Case Header "Email" button.
LS-148992: Guided Navigation expression of Foo = No fires in LS5 if you click "Unknown" in the Yes/No/Unknown triad.
LS-149001: The Problem Code/Special Problem Code block has a mix of light gray and lighter gray labels, tiny "(required)" label, and a field alignment issue.
LS-149002: Field level Help Text may, or may not, display the help icon next to the field label in LS5.
LS-149016: The Add Document block on a prescreen summary in LS5 does not have an "[EDIT]" link to actually add the document.
LS-149014: Pending case transfer page jumps to the bottom of the page in LS5 and puts the focus in the Notes box.
LS-149026: Field label in LS5 is bold when editable but an even lighter gray than usual when read-only, so you aren't sure what you are looking at.
LS-149030: "Totals by" cards display twice in LS5 on a static Timekeeping section front.
LS-149120: Event List error in LS5 filtering on Date is before Today and other variations.

Recent Fixes

Dates are release note dates; so fixed on demo sites the next day and live sites on Friday of the following week.

LS-145166: Pro Bono timeslip on a case offers all current pro bono users in LS5, not just the ones assigned to the case with an option to select non-assigned users.
LS-148031: Embedded report on first tab in a row does not load data on page load in LS5.
LS-148466: The Email PDF of Profile block sends blank PDFs in LS5. LS4 parity will be achieved.
LS-148521: Tabs on the Admin > Processes, Forms, and Profiles page sometimes show "No fields selected for display" in LS5 instead of the list of things.
LS-148753: Process Language block does not work in LS5.

LS-142704: Social Service note bodies are not displayed in LS5, requires clicking into edit mode, and the Show button isn't a button.
LS-146677: In-place field editing on profiles stopped working again in LS5.
LS-148334: LS5 is not honoring Guided Navigation expressions and displaying fields even if the expression test is true.
LS-148434: Large blank space of sadness at the bottom of case note list pages in LS5.
LS-148506: Body of some case notes is not wrapping in LS5 but does in LS4.

LS-147868: LS5 Search > People (Full) does not honor the setting to default to "Begins With" on the name fields.
LS-148019: Case notes do show attachment(s) in LS5 until you expand even a 1 line note.
LS-148029: Pay Period selector in LS5 has the pointing-alone-selects-and-refreshes-the-page anomaly.
LS-148116: Actions Dropdown links on lists open a slide out window in LS5, but the dropdown selectors in that window only show the first character of the current option until you click on it. Should you need to click a field to find out that "P" is actually "Please select"? Of course not.

LS-147621: Can't select an MLP: ICD-10 Diagnosis in LS5 - it only shows "unassigned".
LS-146994: Deleting, transfering, or copying a case note in LS5 lands you on a large page of JSON output. The delete, transfer, or copy works, but yes, we need to not display the data dump.
LS-146714: Upcoming Clinic Events list view in LS5 does not collapse the Counties column and provide a "Show All" link so one row can take up more than a screen.
LS-147734: Date/Time in the /system/log_module list is not a clickable link in LS5 to the details; the double-click slide out does not display all of the data for a row.
LS-148103: Case Status History (for Editing) block in LS5 displays Dec 31, 1969 instead of nothing for a blank End Date.

LS-142614: Case timeslip search results in LS5 do not include each case's LPC like LS4 does.
LS-143324: "Add Intake Notes" in the Steps slide out of an intake process, and the pencil in a box icon below the "x/y" icon, do not reflect the current Intake Notes, nor update them. NB: The steps indicator is being moved up into the sticky breadcrumbs bar, and the Intake Notes link has been fixed.
LS-144127: Choose Recipients when emailing a note in LS5 is confusing and requires mouse clicks and noticeably more keyboarding activity than LS4.
LS-147360: When editing a profile, Tab Block elements don't have the handy "Edit" link next to them in LS5.
LS-147496: LS5 behavior when using the keyboard to select values for lookup/drodown fields isn't consistent.
LS-147578: Primary Assignment selector displayed by the Disposition block in LS5 has no search or typeahead.
LS-147851: User Role filter error in LS5 on the Users list. Will error no more.

2026-08-05

LS-146921: Report editing issues in LS5 (not new UI) - Add Columns doesn't add anything, Advanced Add Columns, Method 1 is functionally broken because there is no typeahead/search in the selector for the hundreds of unsorted field names.
