Case is not in Search Results

I searched for a name and did not see anything in search results. But I found a case number, went to that case and the name matches what I searched for exactly. Why isn't the case in the search results?

Someone has set the Exclude from Search Results field to Yes. If you don't know where or how to check that field, one of your site administrators will.
