No one wanted to go live next week. Possibly because Monday is Labour Day (Canada) Labor Day (US). A federal holiday in both countries, it is a paid day off for many, and time for fashion traditionalists to put away their white linen suits, dresses, etc.

LS-34015: The Donations list now has a default descending sort on Donation Date.
LS-96808: The static Add Note form on user records will now default to a new "User Notes" type instead of making you manually select a type, every, single, time.
🌟 🎉 ⛸️ LS-101265: Could it be? Yes, Virginia, it is. A new user role permission "Documents - Delete". Take it away from a user role and guess what they won't be able to do. NB: All user roles will have the new permission checked/enabled to maintain current behavior. Get out your mouse/finger/stylus if you don't want users in some roles deleting files.
LS-102258: A new Pro Bono Batch Referral Attempts feature enters beta testing.
🗓️ LS-104061: The Online Intake Appointment block was not showing staff/office appointment slots created with a dynamic event creation process. Now it will.
LS-104159: If a site doesn't have the Electronic Case Transfer module installed, it's unhelpful for people to click Refer to Outside Organization and see a "List Search E-Transfer Organizations" tab that is an empty list of sadness. So we will stop showing them that.
📫 LS-105237: Add workarounds to deal with more vagaries of what Outlook puts in email headers so we can successfully process inbound email to cases (and other records).
LS-105297: The Mailing Address block has a new configuration option named "Always Display Address Fields". Will it do what you hope and dream it would? It will.
LS-105381: Your Email Template of wonder inserts the value of a Yes/No (colloquially: boolean) field. If the field is set to "Yes", great, you see "Yes" in the generated note body. If the field is set to "No", you see . . . nothing. This ticket replaces nothing with "No".
LS-105524: The User Event Log adorning many dynamic user profiles was recording every note added by the user anywhere, not just notes added to the user's record. For many users, this made the list a mostly useless list of thousands of "Note Added by User" rows. So we'll stop doing that.
LS-105535: You put the Enhanced Charges block in a Guided Navigation segment. Of course you did. You were chagrined to find that adding fields in the block's configuration didn't always save. The fix in this ticket will turn that frown upside down.
LS-105778: From the It's-the-Little-Things Dept.: Make the user role edit pages display the modern "User - My Preferences" label instead of the old "User - System Preferences" label.
