Changes

๐Ÿ”„ Effective 2024-03-14 for demo sites, then 2024-03-22 for live sites. ๐Ÿ”„

API Mavens should check the always interesting and informative API Changelog. You might see an exciting update regarding a new parameter (we know how you mavens love new parameters) that lets you get some results in DESC order.

๐Ÿ“… LS-104153: Ticketeer said: "Exporting a report to CSV/Excel/PDF should include the current date in the proposed filename, like the Export Configuration option does." Assertion evaluated. Determined valid. So we'll do that. And yes, Virginia, it will be an ISO 8601 date.

๐Ÿ“œ LS-104540: You've got outreaches. Your kids upload documents to them. So far, so good. But then you went to your favorite outreach-based report and looked in vain for a subtable named "Documents (All Folders - One Row per Document)". Look again after this ticket lands for certain joy.

๐Ÿ—๏ธ LS-109272: Your site has been using the classic Outcomes block since dinosaurs ruled the Earth, and the siren call of Outcomes V2 has not lured you. If it ain't broke ... right? But, it did recently break. You made a configuration change and were perplexed when your changes didn't save. Find your Greatest Hits of the 80's cassette and your Walkman and prepare to dance with joy.

LS-110082: The Case Note List block gets a new "Default include SMS Messages Filter", which has 3 options: "N/A", "Yes", and "No". Choose wisely.

๐Ÿš€ LS-111819: You've collected outcomes and goals, and you can report on them. You just wish the "Combined Outcomes and Goals (Multiple Rows)" subtable was a tad faster to display your rows of delectable data. Some wishes do come true.

๐Ÿ–‡๏ธ LS-112084, LS-112085: You have people uploading files with the Add Document and/or Add Document with Title blocks, but you want to dictate the Document Type assigned to each file. These new configuration options are for you: "Show Document Type", "Read Only Document Type", and (this is the exciting one, we assume) a selector for "Default Document Type". NB: These new options will not currently work as expected if you have more than one of the blocks on a form. Well, they will work, but all the documents uploaded on the same form will all get the Document Type selected in the last block on the form. To be remedied in the not too distant future.

๐Ÿ—ƒ๏ธ LS-112271: If you have Google Drive Integration and a case doesn't have a matching folder in your Google Shared Drive, should we display "Tab Load Failed" in a large red font, or "Folder not found" in a comforting yellow instruction note. We hope you agree with our choice.

โคด๏ธ โคต๏ธ LS-112504: Sites that etransfer cases hither and yon (site A sends to B, then B, sends to C, etc.) may find the new "Case Data > Case Transfer History (multiple rows per case)" subtable in reports of interest. The history will travel with the case so that site C can see that it originated at A and visited for a time at B before it was sent to C.

๐Ÿ–Š๏ธ LS-112796: Add TipTap support to singular note blocks, like Prescreen Notes and its friends.

๐Ÿ•ฐ๏ธ LS-112884: You went to Post Time (not the AGM version) and were surprised and disappointed that you could only post 1,000 timeslips at a time, thus requiring many iterations of that process. Bountiful posting restored.

๐Ÿš’ ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿผโ€๐Ÿš’ LS-112987: If you happened to export a report to Excel on Friday (2024-03-15) before 1:49 PM Eastern that had more than 20,000 rows of data, you only got 20,000 rows.
