Changes

🔄 Effective 2024-07-11 for demo sites, then 2024-07-19 for live sites. 🔄

🏛️ LS-89258: Report librarians will feel a sense of order in the universe when they observe the "Client Data" library label has been changed to "Case Data".

📴 LS-98057: Sites using Offline Mode need to know there is a new user role permission "Offline Mode: Can Access". Your offline mode kids' user role(s) will need it.

📬 LS-98089: The Zip+4 option in the Address Block will now display the "Did you mean?" popup if you enter an address with a 5 digit zip code. And will insert the full 9 digit zip code if you say "OK".

⭐ LS-111350: Report writers may know that fields from the Case Data > Most Recent Note Time can make a report quite slow. A faster version of the most frequently used field "Days Since Most Recent Note" is now available directly on the Case Data table.

🫛 LS-115177: You are trying to filter an Outreaches list by funding code, but your long list of funding codes is in no apparent order. Order imposed.

⚡ LS-116890: The Charge filter in the Charges list view is now a shiny search and select instead of a cumbersome dropdown list of hundreds or thousands of charges.

🫛 LS-117051: Adding a custom lookup field of type lookup_custom? Would you rather see your bountiful list of custom lookup lists to choose from in alphabetical or pseudorandom order? We think you'll like our choice.

📧 LS-117324: Force anchor tag formatting on the "survey.legal" links included in emails emitted by surveys and external forms so Outlook will display them as clickable links.

🚒 👨🏼‍🚒 LS-117464: If you have one or more Flowblock blocks on your demo site, viewing cases was not a pleasant experience depending on the block configuration. An issue with no workaround was fixed on 2024-07-05 at 7:40 PM Eastern. Header, Sharepoint Folder, Charge Card, Client Photo, etc. elements will be fixed on 2024-07-10 (likely by the time you read this). None of these issues have, or will, affect live sites. Cross our hearts, hope to die (colloquially: "No cap").

🚒 👨🏼‍🚒 LS-117517: Branch Logic toggling on a multi-select field was not displaying multiple branch logic forms if you selected multiple values. Fixed on 2024-07-08 at 6:31 PM Eastern.
