🧹 LS-110298: The Attributes section in reports gets a bit of decluttering by removing "Enable Nestloop (may improve performance)". An artifact from earlier database versions that does nothing, no matter how many times you check or uncheck the box.
📛 LS-116565: If you try to add a Name or Nickname (Admin > Nicknames) that already exists, the message will now tell you which one already exists. The current "Name already exists" leaves you searching both lists unless you guess right the first time. While there, we are removing the odd entry that has Lawrence as a nickname for Laurinda (odd, right?) and inserting Larry as a nickname for Lawrence.
🔭 LS-116590: Adding the Case Timely Closed block to your Guided Navigation dialogue of wonder does not end well. The block could not peer out of the dialogue to see the Date Opened on the case, so it rolled over and died a noisy death. The block now has access to all the case fields it needs.
🌎 LS-118226: Sites with multiple language support can now translate values in the following lookup lists: Activity Action, Activity Items, Matter Relationship Type, Problem Codes, and Disposition. A madrigalian quintet indeed.
⏭️ ⏮️ LS-118395: The user search and selects displayed by the Disposition block will now show "- Next -" and "- Previous -" links if there are more than 5 results in the search list, or more than X results for users who have adjusted the number to show on their My Preferences page.
⚙️ LS-118608: Adding a new Service to your Referral Hub organization of wonder could cause an error. Now it won't.
⚙️ LS-118610: ReferralHub people may be pleased to see red "x" delete icons appearing in the lists for My Organization Parameters, My Services, and Referral Hub Locations. (And no, the recent conference in Geneva did not produce a binding resolution on whether it is "ReferralHub" or "Referral Hub".)
🆕 LS-118810: A new system text field "Vendor ID" is available on user records. It is also accessible to, and searchable by, your favorite bot via API.
🛠️ LS-118875: The Online Intake Legal Problem Code block inside your Guided Navigation dialogue of intrigue and delights is refusing to show linked Special Legal Problem Codes, and is not honoring your "Default problem code" selection. Block told to play nice inside dialogues.
🛠️ LS-119167: The Admin > Process Settings page gets a new Alert Settings section with two knobs that could previously only be turned by highly trained LS support staff: “Dismissing a Case/Client Alert from the Homepage also Dismisses the Alert from the Case/Client” and "Show Alerts Connected to Matter or Client in Client Name Column”. Power to the people.
🚒 🧑🏾🚒 LS-118906: Workflow expression editor filters on lookup fields stopped displaying the lookup values on demo sites. Fix pushed out on 2024-08-15 at 5:22 PM Eastern. No live sites were, or ever will be, harmed.
🚒 🧑🏾🚒 LS-119038: Editing Dynamic Checklists was not the usual joyful experience as dawn broke on Friday 2024-08-16. Joyfulness topped up that day at 7:59 AM Eastern.
🚒 🧑🏾🚒 LS-119058: Guided Navigation dialogues of wonder that do date comparisons stubbornly refused to load on Friday 2024-08-16. Final fix pushed out to all sites that day at 3:36 PM Eastern.
🚒 🧑🏾🚒 LS-119105: The Address, Address Extended, and International Address blocks stopped displaying anything on Friday 2024-08-16 if your site is in Canada, Eastern Europe, or the UK. Fixed pushed out to all corners of the globe on Sunday 2024-08-18 at 2:03 PM Eastern.
🚒 🧑🏾🚒 LS-119186: The Assignment Type field displayed by the Create Assignment block is now required so people can't create assignments with no Type, even if they try really, really hard. Fixed pushed out 2024-08-20 at 4:05 PM Eastern.
