🗒️ LS-116142: If you enter a "New Assignment" note when reopening a case, should that note show up in Case Notes? You think so. We agree.
🖱️ LS-118380: Yes/No fields (colloquially, "boolean fields") will now honor the "Dropdown Menu" toggler style. Does this mean you can allow people to change a field back to blank/null from a previously saved "Yes" or "No"? It just might, Virginia, it just might.
🚫 LS-118765: If your Guided Navigation dialogue of wonder sets the Intake Type field to "User's Preference", it will no longer overwrite an existing value in that field unless you also check "Overwrite existing value with default".
🪩 LS-118927: The Case Log list view has been updated so it displays far less oddly-encoded text. Possibly none.
⚙️ LS-119916: The Knowledge Resource Library list gets new filters for "Title" and "Shared in Help Directory".
📮 LS-120168: In a document template, mapping the Case Information > Referring Organization > Zip field will now pull in the Postal Code if that's what your site uses. In a similar vein, Address subactors get an explicit Postal Code field to map.
🔨 LS-120186: Sites using Advanced Grants Management noticed that adding time for a case from the main Timekeeping page was not defaulting to the case's funding code if the user's record had Primary and Secondary Restricted Funding Codes set. Spoiler: It picked the Primary. Unexpected and undesired, the presence of those restricted funding code settings will no longer do this. Worth noting: This did not happen if you added time directly from the case.
🔀 LS-120268: Do you copy cases and also want the option to make them Related Cases whilst doing so? If you do, gaze upon the new "Enable Case Relating" setting (in the "Case Copy Settings" section of the Admin > Process Settings page). If enabled, it will display a "Relate Case - Relationship Type" selector on the case copy page.
🔀 LS-120479: The Related Cases (Compact) block gets some new "Show" options that let you show, or hide, columns in the list it displays. Including, but not limited to, the recently added "Top Charge" column (which many civil programs, but not all, found confusing, superfluous, or inapplicable).
🧪 LS-120480: Formula Field beta testers feel that getting an error trying to add their formula fields of delight to reports is a problem. We agree.
⏮️ LS-120489: Enhanced Reminders stopped automatically adding the person creating a task in the Recipients section. Restarted.
⚡ LS-120541: Reports that filter on Service/Phase start and end dates get a performance boost.
🔎 LS-120576: If your embedded report shows a filter, should someone using Select All or Select None on that filter remove the "Show More Filters" button? No, it should not. And shall not.
