Changes

🔄 Effective 2024-11-14 for demo sites, then 2024-11-22 for live sites. 🔄

🪄 API mavens should review the always informative, interesting, and ever changing API Changelog.

👩🏾‍⚖️ LS-104189: The Gavel Documents list view gets two new filter configuration options: Show Office Location and Show Programs. Each will display a filter that filters on the case's office and program.

📃 LS-105450: The Alert Settings section of the Admin > Process Settings page gets a new "Remain on same page after dismissing a case/client alert" setting.

🚀 LS-118436: The Search bar items get some modern icon replacements. The highlight is a rocket for the Actions menu. The user bar things like My Time and Your Name get new icons as well, but no rockets.

💰 LS-121187: The Online Financial Information - Detailed block was not displaying the Family Member option in an InCert online intake. Now it will.

⬇️ LS-121314: We're reducing the font size used in the Flowblock block, and changing it so that it responds well to your browser's Zoom level.

⚡ LS-121451: Your Flowblock of wonder displays Charges. A case has two or more charges. If one of those charges has a disposition, should the disposition line up so it's clear which charge has the disposition? You think it should. We agree.

🔧 LS-121517: Make "New Row Start" in the Enhanced Charges block do what you'd think it would.

📧 LS-121586: Do your kids send a lot of emails to outreach records? Be their hero and add the new "Outreach Email Address" field to the profile for their copying pleasure.

🕺🏽 LS-121828: A Contractor entering a timeslip with Time Spent = 0 on a work order will no longer leave the work order in an unviewable state of confusion.

📆 LS-121888: Filling an appointment slot writes a nice case note to the matter saying who filled it and the date and time of the event. We've made that note even lovelier by making the date and time a link to the event, and added some helpful text warning about later edits, or, egad, the event being deleted.

📆 LS-121901: You were excited about the Scheduled Appointments column for the "Case/Matter - Electronic Case Transfer, Received" list view mentioned in the 2024-07-17 Release Notes. You were less excited when you realized it did not include Clinic event appointments. Raise your excitement level back up, because we include them now. Bonus: We're including the name of the clinic in the appointment link.

🎞️ LS-121997: Would you like to view content directly in Legal Server without needing to download a file? For example, see images, watch videos, and listen to audio files. If that's you, read all about the Content Viewer.

🏷️ LS-122149: Labels is now an available column and filter on the Documents list view on cases.

🔧 Added a "Time - Users with 24 or more Hours of Time on a Day" report to Example Reports.
