Pay Periods

Pay Periods are a feature of AGM and EVT where we identify the payroll cycle and set up specific pay periods that divide up time entries.

When setting up AGM or EVT, we'll need to know the frequency of your pay periods and the starting date of the one to use to enable the feature. Frequency is typically something like:

• Weekly
• Bi-weekly
• Bi-monthly
• Monthly

Changing Pay Periods

Changing Pay Periods is not trivial. It requires developer intervention and comes at a cost of $1200. LegalServer will need to know at least a month in advance of the pay period change to make sure that the work can be properly scheduled to align with your payroll changes.
