📆 LS-83044: You like letting online applicants schedule themselves for appointments via the Online Intake Appointment block, but would rather they not be able to pick an appointment slot for the current day. If that describes you, you will certainly enjoy the new Allow Appointments Starting Tomorrow configuration option in said block.

🔧 🪛 LS-118340: How Offline Mode handled outreach records needed a tune-up. We put it up on the rack, turned, tightened, and adjusted all the things.

✨ LS-119467: Remote Cases gets a slew of shiny new things. New and improved filters. New credential options in the Remote Client Cases and Remote Client Case Profile blocks. A new Admin > Remote Site Credentials page. Animated unicorn emojis are planned for Q2.

🎨 LS-120829: The Default Case Credit column on a report could use formatting options for Round to 1 Digit and Round to 2 Digits. So we're adding them. NB: You will need to remove this column on existing reports and add it back to get the new formatting options.

⚡ LS-121964: If you carefully configure the Enhanced Charges block with a default for a field and set Default Overrides Existing?, you want the front end to show that value. Want met.

📜 LS-122145: Time verifiers (AGM or EVT) may be excited, or at least intrigued, to see a new PDF Link column on verification lists, and that the column contains a stylized PDF icon for each row. Will it create a PDF of the Time and Attendance Record for the user? Spoiler: It will.

🙈 LS-122552: The Hide Lookup Options configuration in the Branch Logic block now works with custom lookup fields.

🎁 LS-122932: Adjusted the interocitor input valves to make uploading large files faster.

⭐ LS-123020: Does your site have a plethora of intake processes? Have you pined to know which process each incomplete intake was started with? If so, you will surely enjoy seeing Created by Process as an available column in the Case/Matter - Matters list view that likely powers the Incomplete Intakes tab on the main Cases page.

⭐ LS-123124: The Reports - Saved Reports list view has an annoying habit of setting the Show Favorite Reports of configuration to you, the person editing the configuration. Not what anyone wants, so we've removed the user selector and changed the name to just Show Favorite Reports Filter, meaning it will show the favorite reports of the user viewing the list. If you enjoyed making everyone look at your favorite reports, sorry, but not sorry.

🕰️ LS-123330: Would people rather see SMS Case Alert times in UTC or something more local? 4 out of 5 survey respondents chose "Local", so that's what we're going with.

🚜 LS-123524: Refer Here links in a ReferralHub situation will now track Service Information.

⏱️ LS-123711: The Timeout configuration option in the AMI API blocks is now more clearly labeled Timeout in seconds.
