Pinned Case Notes
Notes in the case notes list can be pinned so they float to the top of the list regardless of date posted.
After clicking the pushpin to pin a note (red and pointing down) or to unpin it, the order of the notes does not change until you refresh the page.
This feature does not work with the older "yellow" case notes.
Pinned notes can also be displayed on the Flowblock, in a column on the current assignments and upcoming events list views on the homepage, and in reports.
Enable
- In the Note Settings section of the Admin > Site Settings page, set "Enable Pinned Notes" to Yes.
- In the Case Note List block, check the box for "Enable Pinned Notes".
