📋 LS-137369: The "Grants - Assigned to User" list is typically an empty list of sadness because of the hidden filter that only displays assignments of type primary. Hidden filters are always confusing, so we're removing that. While we're there, we're adding a column to show Grant Staff Type.
💬 LS-137542: "Sms" or "SMS"? LOL.
🪢 LS-137794: Timekeeping notes stopped displaying in bundled case's Case Notes. You noticed. We will fix.
👥 LS-137955: The list of users on the Edit Multiple Users Simultaneously page gets a new Role Type column. More on what it means in a future announcement.
📧 LS-138187: The Send Email block is great. The option to send by Assignment Type is great. Unless you put the block on a service/phase form. Oh right, service forms don't have assignments. We're adding smarts to the block so it will try to recognize it is on a service form and figure out the assignments on the case the service record is linked to.
👷🏼♀️ LS-138257: Being able to generate a PDF of a draft invoice in the Contractor module would be grand, so we're adding that.
🧚 LS-138357: Branch logic that calls 11 branch logic forms, each of which has the Client Survey Send Results block on it, can take a while to process, and cause the main form to throw an error if said processing isn't done when you try to continue. We're adding magical fairy dust so such a setup will work.
📬 LS-138360: If your -3 (negative three) days workflow did not trigger and send your clinic event reminders 3 days before the event, surely you will be pleased, or at least relieved, to know they will after this change lands.
✒️ LS-138414: Changing the Rich Text Editor option in an Instruction element from off to on, or vice versa, isn't preserving HTML tags. Now it will. NB: if you have script tags in the element, do not flip the Rich Text Editor on.
🚒 👨🏼🚒 LS-138514: Having the Login Page Style set to LS5 is nice, except that it stopped the verification page for external forms from working. Fixed pushed out on 2025-12-29 at 5:48 PM Eastern.
🚒 👩🚒 LS-138589: We pushed out the fix in "LS-137853: Storing API Results with JQ stopped working" on 2026-01-01 at 2:34 PM Eastern.
🚒 👩🚒 LS-138599: Adding time is everyone's favorite activity, so when some forms stopped working we pushed out a fix on 2026-01-02 at 10:19 AM Eastern.
🚒 👩🚒 LS-138641: The Sharepoint settings page did not spark joy. Error page replaced with the bountiful list of settings at 12:53 PM on 2026-01-05.

Are you testing LS5? You may find the following useful, interesting, or both.
💰 LS-138065: "The Funding Code field on timeslips is acting weird in LS5. And not good weird, like Portland." Deweirdification on the way. Whether we will put a bird on it hasn't been decided yet.
🔎 LS-138230: The search box on a case timeslip isn't, well, searching, in LS5. But it will.
🔍 LS-138437: You got excited by the "Search anything" box in LS5, but then your balloon popped when you entered a client name and didn't get the case you expected. Expectations will be met.
🇺🇸 LS-138747: Dropdown lists of states are too narrow to see what you can select in LS5. We've ordered wider dropdowns and will get them installed.
👀 LS-138571: Should the left navigation panel in LS5 display "Cases & Matters" or "Cases & Matters"? We think you'll agree with our choice.
