🏥 LS-145840: Clinics can have an Intake Process. If you would like the list of processes to choose from to also show Prescreen processes, then you will like what this ticket does.
🏥 LS-146117: Clinic types and the report writers who support them may be intrigued when they see a Timekeeping > Clinic subtable and Timekeeping > Clinic Event subtable start showing up in reports.
👷 LS-147021: Should the Transaction ID links in a Contractor module PDF only sometimes point to the correct transaction? Correct links will be created for all transactions all the time.
🧑🔧 LS-148088: Guided Navigation dialogues can get into a state where users, or people filling out online intakes, get an error. It's not frequent, but it's not good, so we're going to stop it.
⚡ LS-148109: Batch editing the Charge lookup has two tiny problems. The Name and Statute Number column text is truncated so much you can't tell things apart. Both columns will be widened, and Name values will have a drag handle so you can see all the text if it is really long. Fixes will apply in LS4 and LS5.
🧑🔧 LS-148603: Unserialization recursion is rare. But painful when it happens. Pain relief is on the way.
🧑🔧 LS-148673: We're eradicating another source of uncommon errors trying to submit the first page of an intake. Uncommon is cold comfort when you have to restart an intake.
📋 LS-149155: Should a list column without a defined header politely display nothing or a seemingly random string of letters and numbers? We're confident you will agree with our choice.
📅 LS-149449: Clicking in the grid to create a new event with the New Calendar is throwing an error on sites using dynamic event forms. We'll stop doing that.
🪠 LS-149493: The Case Data > Most Recent Case Status Update subtable is causing some reports to throw an error. Fix is on the way.
🌎 LS-149551: Sites with multiple language support may be pleased that the Sexual Orientation lookup values will be translatable.
🚒 🧑🚒 LS-149447: A few people have reported all the fields in a Flowblock disappearing. We thought it was limited to demo sites, but has happened twice on live sites. In any event we pushed out a fix on 2026-09-16 at 12:45 PM Eastern.
LS5 Interface
🔍 LS-141131: "I wish LS5 Search results would highlight what I searched for." Some wishes do come true.
🔍 LS-141502: LS5 Search now searches Outreaches and Projects. And both also appear in the side bar of the search window.
☑️ LS-144324: The Problem Code/Special Problem Code block's “Show All Problem Codes” checkbox does not do anything when it is from Guided Navigation in LS5. But it will.
🔍 LS-145355: If you go Fullscreen (icon in the upper right corner of the popup window) in LS5 Search for case results, a new Client/Matched Parties column makes it crystal clear if the match is on the client name, an adverse party, or a family member. While you are there, notice a settings icon to the left of the Matter/Case ID column header. It will let you temporarily hide columns.
🆗 LS-145499: The Save Dialogue button when editing a Guided Navigation dialogue isn't. A button that is. Or doesn't look like one. So it will.
🦢 LS-145501: The display of Guided Navigation Output Expressions is wonky in LS5. De-wonking on the way.
🎬 LS-147009: The Actions dropdown in the Clinic Event Appointments list view will work in LS5 once this change lands.
🚴 LS-148390: The Override button is being restored to its rightful place in the Income Eligible pane when the Financial Information block is rendered in LS5 via Guided Navigation.
🔍 LS-148488: LS5 Search > Fullscreen list has blank Special Legal Problem Codes despite cases having the field set. Codes will be revealed.
📧 LS-148451: "Select All" is not a good option when you are selecting Recipients to email a note. Option removal is on the way.
🖱️ LS-148578: Paste (555) 555-1212 into a phone field in LS5 and you get (555) 555-12. We'll do bett.
🔍 LS-148595: Improvements to the speed of "simple" LS5 Searches. What's "simple" you ask? When you just put something in the search box without selecting Cases, Contacts, or other categories to limit what is searched. So yes, simple is complex.
🔂 LS-148992: Guided Navigation expression of Foo = No fires in LS5 if you click "Unknown" in the Yes/No/Unknown triad. Unexpected. So we'll stop that.
🦘 LS-149014: Pending case transfer page jumps to the bottom of the page in LS5 and puts the focus in the Notes box. Unhelpful, so we'll stop the jump.
🖱️ LS-149164: Should moving over items in a dropdown list change the display behind the list before you actually select an item? No. So we'll stop that.
🧑💻 LS-149167: Asset amount placeholder text is letting HTML seep in. Everyone prefers "Amount" instead of "Amount ", so we'll stop the seepage.
🦻 👀 LS-149472: The "Ls5" (sic) External Form Theme available for online intakes and external forms gets Accessibility and visual improvements.
