🔜 LS-100945: We introduced a modal "Loading ..." spinner a while ago when a page is loading a Guided Navigation dialogue. It was needed because too many dialogues were slow to load and left hapless users wondering if anything was happening. Improvements to GN have made many dialogues quick to load, so we won't show the modal unless it has taken more than 1.53 seconds to load your dialogue of wonder.
☎️ LS-104613: The Twilio setup page phones home to Twilio to check that you've entered the information correctly. If your page has an Auto-Responder number, and that doesn't validate, should we tell you that's the problem? We think you'll agree with our choice.
🔗 LS-105937: You've created shiny dynamic service records for organizations. Of course you have. Sadly, the service profile does not give your hapless users a link back to the parent organization record. This ticket adds a lovely, clickable link to those profile pages.
🎶 LS-106851: You're making great use of the Task Note block on your shiny dynamic task forms, but have pined for configuration options like "Show Subject by Default", "Show Note Type by Default", and "Show Date Posted by Default". Pine no more.
👓 LS-108438: The "Supervised Assignments" list view that may adorn your homepage has a new "Supervised Staff Member" column available, and a filter on that column to boot.
📜 LS-109104: Sites with Sharepoint Integration that are also using the Flowblock block may be interested in the Sharepoint Folder field that can be added in your flowblocks of dynamism.
🧪 LS-110457: Intrepid Formula Field beta testers can now add said fields to case profiles and achieve an error-free experience.
🧪 LS-110462: Adventurous Formula Field beta testers will be pleased to know they can edit a service profile page, add one of their formula fields thereto, and save that change. The "save" part was missing and was quite an obstacle.
🪣 LS-111025: "Text field filters in reports have Is Not Emtpy, need Is Empty". Points for brevity. Need met.
🧑🏻🔬 LS-110798: Create abstract methods with set signatures that can be shared by both Mailchimp and Constant Contact. [Ed: We don't know what it means either, but it must be good.]
🚷 LS-111132: While a report is loading data it displays a box telling you that, and shows you a Cancel button. Wouldn't it be grand if that button truly, completely, and thoroughly cancelled the data load on any and every report? We thought so, and surely you will agree.
🎗️ LS-111462: You're over on the "Admin > Manage reminder message templates" page (we ran out of uppercase letters when that page was added). You spy a new "Omit Default Body Suffix" option. You put your cursor over the handy "?" icon and learn that it can omit the default Body text that is normally appended to SMS messages. You are overjoyed because you want your reminder to say just what you put in the template. No more, no less. And for client reminders, things like a link to a case, who scheduled an event, the case number, etc. are at best confusing.
🌎 LS-111565: Cartographers will find adding area maps to their reports a more fulfilling experience.
⏱️ LS-111733: You went to your auxiliary form with the Funding Code Timekeeping Change Block on it, hoping to change some funding codes. Hopes possibly dashed by an error. Hope restored.
LS-111785: Workflow mavens figured out how to trigger creating a reminder when an appointment is filled. The joy was palpable. Until they realized they couldn't remind the client. Seemed important, so we added that.
🍀 LS-111795: Have you done the "stalled green bar"-page-refresh-try-again dance dropping files onto a case to upload them? We hope we have replaced that dance with a joyous jig.
⭐ LS-111810: Your Advanced Grant Filter of amazement needs to filter on County, and include let's say, Washington county. Which of the 11 do you pick? 🤔 Odds aren't great that you'll get the correct one. Odds are much higher now that we show you that list divided by state.
🔦 LS-111811: The "Show Advanced Grant Filter Status" link below a funding code selector could leave you in the dark, especially with complex filters. This ticket shines a light on the situation, showing you all the filters being evaluated.
LS-111841: The "Totals Summary" additional display format available in reports was causing some reports to never load. Reduced the load time on this element to less than never.
⭐ LS-111998: The new "Copied from Matter" mentioned in last week's release notes will now display the full client name and case number whence the new matter came, and is a clickable link to boot.
