⭐ LS-38338: If you've touched the Actions menu configuration on your shiny dynamic Outreach profile, you know about the duplicative "New Event" and "Add New Outreach Event" links to add a calendar event to an outreach, and that you must display both. Situation deduplicated. Prepare to ditch the Static Links element because your Custom Link Box element of wonder can now include the one true "Add Event" link. For additional completeness in Outreach land, head over to Admin > Process Settings and observe the new "Outreach "Add Task" Dynamic Process" and "Outreach "Add Deadline" Dynamic Process selectors.
📷 LS-83778: Sites using Financial Snapshots will be relieved to see that the report columns for number of people 18 and over and number of people under 18 no longer have the same label.
➕ LS-105160: Intake Date is now an available column and filter in the Case/Matter - Cases list view which likely powers your Cases section front.
🎀 👆 LS-113909: Workflow mavens creating event reminders will surely be overjoyed to see a new Recipient Types option named "Primary Assignment of Associated Case(s)".
🗓️ LS-114487: Sites using the Online Intake Appointment block will surely be pleased to see a new configuration option in said block: "Custom Message When Appointment Slots Are Unavailable".
🌊 LS-115725: Flowblock mavens who are enjoying the nascent Highlight and Hide options will surely be giddy about using those options on lookup fields.
🎁 LS-115872: There is a new system text field "USCIS Receipt Number" available in the Service/Phase module.
🗺️ LS-116204: Our friends the County fields (Residence and Dispute) can exhibit different behavior between the Address block and when used as bare fields. Enter the new "County Field - Display as Ajax Search" setting on the Admin > Process Settings page. Want search and select, set it to Yes (the default). Want dropdown lists, set it to No. While under the hood, we made "Show All Values" consistently do what you want, viz.: Unchecked shows only active counties tagged as "Inside Service Area". Checked means show all active counties.
🔌 LS-116333: If you put the Charges list view on an external profile, should it show only the charges on that case or include a bunch of other charges? List view de-bunched.
📪 LS-116347: An Address Search including a 9 digit zip code (colloquially: Zip+4) like 12345-6789 should not always be an empty list of sadness, right? That is correct. Or will be correct after this fix lands.
🏛️ LS-116425: SimpleJustice Knowledge Resource mavens may be intrigued by a new "Share in Help Directory?" boolean (colloquially: Yes/No field) when they are editing KR records. The default is "No", so no need to rush and review each and every one of your bountiful KRs.
🔧 LS-116456: Deleting an adverse party from a case is an error-inducing action if said adverse party is linked to a litigation record. Make that adverse party "Not a Party" on the litigation record? Nope, won't do it. But after this change lands, the Delete button will do your bidding.
🫣 LS-116847: Did you change the "Size of notes field" option in the Add Case Note block and not see anything happen on the front end? Did you try again, and again? We apologize, and have changed that option to "Size of notes field (plain text editor only)". If the rich versus plain distinction is new to you, here lies enlightenment.
📌 LS-116855: Did you get excited about the recently announced Pinned Notes feature and rushed to implement it? Was your enthusiasm dampened when your kids reported that a bundled case on their My Assignments list showed all of a case's notes in the Pinned Notes column regardless of pinnage? Prepare to be re-excited after this fix lands.
⚒️ LS-116856: The Admin > Lookup Merge Queue page is delightful when it isn't throwing errors. So we're removing the barrier to your delight.
