🔄 Effective 2024-08-08 for demo sites, then 2024-08-16 for live sites. 🔄

🪄 API mavens should review the always interesting and informative API Changelog.

🌏 LS-114895: Bengali is now a supported language for sites that have Multiple Language Support and would like to add it.

🔢 LS-117682: The Gender column in your report has some Female values, some Male values, and some blank values. Should the Unique Count on that column be 3 or 2? If you said 2, you will like what this ticket does. (If you are about to send us an email discussing whether blank is really a value, pro or con, please don't.)

🇨🇭 LS-117859: You configured the Create Assignment block with a default type of "N/A", but were surprised and confused when the assignment type on the front end was one of the active values, not "N/A". Confusion removed, surprise turned to the happy kind, by this ticket.

🧪 LS-117876: You added the Default Case Credit column to your report and were pleased with the numbers you saw. Equally by the expected "sum" and "average" icons at the bottom of the column. You added a filter and got confusing text-style filter options, stymieing your plan to filter for Default Case Credit > (insert number here). Pleasure will return after the filter fix in this ticket lands. NB: If you have the offending filter on an existing report, delete it and re-add it to get the proper one.

🔂 LS-117885: You've been perusing the new Admin > Extensions page and noticed it is sorted by the parenthetical internal name instead of the regular-person-friendly label. Not to worry. Soon "Premium APIs (api_core_matters)" will be in the P's instead of the A's, and so on.

🖇️ LS-118089: Should you be able to use the "Add Document (for InCert)" block multiple times in your Incert Guided Navigation dialogue of wonder? Leah said "Yes", so we made it so.

💁🏽 LS-118093: The links in the Help menu in the search bar now list "your" links first. Viz.: Submit Email link text (if enabled), External Help link text (if enabled). LegalServer's Help Site, and finally Support Request.

☎️ LS-118373: If your site has SMS Text Messaging, you may, on occasion, have seen a case note that says a text came in with media attached, but you don't see an image attached to the note. We're implementing an hourly "please_Twilio_give_us_the_attachment(s)_you_didn't_give_us_when_we_retrieved_the_message_pretty_please" process. We have high hopes.

🚒 👨🏼‍🚒 LS-118445: Some Guided Navigation dialogues were causing errors on Friday (2024-08-02). Fix pushed out at 11:13 AM Eastern.

🚒 👨🏼‍🚒 LS-118435: Cases with at least one Related Case (and the eponymous block on the case profile) were not displaying on Friday (2024-08-02). Fix pushed out that day at 9:22 AM Eastern.

🚒 👨🏼‍🚒 LS-118479: Parts of sites using Referral Hub services started experiencing errors on Saturday (2024-08-03). Fix pushed out that day at 8:31 PM Eastern.
