🧪 LS-100601: You put the Set Priorities and Objectives block on an outreach form and anticipated creating a series of elegant filter expressions. Your heart sank when you realized the expression editor offered no outreach fields to filter on. Your heart will go on.
💁🏽 LS-117178: A create new case for client process is copying values stored via the "Government Generated ID #" block [citation needed], but not the types. Knowing that the "40234190" value copied to the new case is a driver's license number and not a Blockbuster Video customer number seems super extra helpful, so we're going to copy the type for each ID.
🦣 LS-118111: You put a branch logic block on your shiny dynamic calendar event profile toggling on a multi-select field, and hoped it would display multiple branch logic forms when multiple values are selected in the toggle field. Hope dashed. But now realized.
📝 LS-118332: You set a "Custom Message When Appointment Slots Are Unavailable" in the Online Intake Appointment block, but you don't see it when testing your online intake of wonder. Now you will.
⬇️ ⭐ LS-118396: The Re-open Case block gets a new "Caseworker Search instead of Dropdown List" configuration option. Useful if you have people whose browsers are choking on long user lists.
✏️ LS-118437: Replace the old orange-y edit pencil seen in report Edit mode with a modern yellow-y one. Apologies to all the people who voted for 🖍️.
🚫 🔍 LS-118593: The new setting "User Selectors are Dropdown Lists on Static Assignment Forms" will excite (or relieve) some. If you've had user complaints about the new search and select way of picking a user, head over to the Assignments Settings section of the Admin > Process Settings page.
⌚ 🍉 LS-118892: Trying to add the Project Time list view to a project profile will no longer display the black triangle of sadness, but the list view you wanted.
🪗 LS-118894: For sites with Advanced Grants Management, a user's Exempt Status history will now be reflected accurately per pay period when verifying time, to show or not show Overtime Hours.
🌊 LS-118938: Improve how the Online Intake Referral Organization List block handles the "no referral organizations found" situation. In both standard online intakes and InCert-ed online intakes.
⬇️ ⭐ LS-119007: The Court Case block gets a new "Use Dropdown for Court" configuration option. Your power typists will probably like it.
⭐ ⭐ LS-119054: Case alerts started showing people's names in red in search results, instead of just Client Alerts doing that. Many did not like it. Status quo ante restored. But we retained the hover text showing case alerts on non-red client names.
🥺 LS-119070: Implement "with_sugar_on_top" code to coerce Twilio into giving us the media attached to an SMS message.
🚒 🧑🏾🚒 LS-119274: Adding an Activity record to a case (or a case bundle) on demo sites was not pleasant on 2024-08-22. Fix pushed out that day at 10:23 AM Eastern.
🚒 🧑🏾🚒 LS-119298: Clicking inside a user-based filter in report edit mode to select users now shows "Enter a search term" instead of "List is empty". Even highly seasoned report writers didn't realize you just need to start typing to get search results. Change pushed out to all sites on Thursday (2023-08-22) at 4:12 PM Eastern.
🚒 🧑🏾🚒 LS-119331: The MLP ICD-10 Diagnosis block in a Guided Navigation dialogue stopped working. Fix pushed out 2024-08-26 at 2:20 PM Eastern.
🚒 🧑🏾🚒 LS-119343: Adding an Enhanced Reminder to events, tasks, and deadlines stopped working on Friday (2024-08-23). Final fix pushed out that day at 4:42 PM Eastern.
