Automated Case Outcomes
Use AI to identify additional outcomes present in a case.
Cost: TBD. This feature is in Beta Testing.
Requirements: Must have already set up an Open AI Key for your site.

Site Administrator Set Up:
To better understand legal issues, the Outcome V2 lookup gets an additional field called AI Hint
. This allows you to define the meanings of these values for the AI models in ways that they may understand. Site administrators are responsible for populating these values.
Add the Automated Case Outcome block to the back end of the case profile.

When generating the possible outcomes, the block will look at the following system fields:
- Legal Problem Category
- Legal Problem Code
- Case Status
- Current Level of Service
- Special Legal Problem Code
- Close Reason
- Case Type
- Case Status
- Good Story
- Case Notes:
- Date, Type, Subject, User, Body
- Identify the specific note types the AI should consider when generating the summary.
- Identify the number of recent notes to include when generating the summary.
Any matter custom fields can also be included by configuring the back end of the block.
