Changes

🪄 API mavens should review the always informative, interesting, and ever changing API Changelog.

🌊 LS-112325: The Flowblock block has a Name field (that displays the client's name). We're adding two new field elements: "Full Name (w/ Case Profile Link)" and "Full Name (w/ Client Profile Link)".

🛟 LS-120825: We're adding a Reset MFA option to replace the Disable/Enable dance when what you want is a reset.

🐢 LS-124749: If you've clicked a link, or button, or something, and the next page hasn't loaded within 3 seconds, we'll display an animated spinner so you know you did actually click something and we are working to fulfill your request.

🧑‍🔧 LS-125239: Do not make “Recipient Case Contact Types” required if “Additional Recipients” is specified on a send message Workflow step.

✔️ LS-125726: The Other Cases for this Client (Compact) block gets a new "Show Assigned Office" option.

💰 LS-125941: The Financial Impact block will now display a Income Frequency lookup field if it is configured to show the income calculation.

📧 🐵 LS-126617: We're fixing the Merge Fields link shown for each Mailchimp Audience, so they will never ever throw an error.

📧 LS-126728: We're adding the ticket number to the subject line of the email sent to the person filing a ticket and any "cc's" as configured on the Admin > Site Settings page.

📜 LS-127188: Report columns have a "Replace Null and Not Null With Value" formatting option. Social Security Number is a great example. You don't want to display the actual value, but instead something like "SSN Entered" or "No SSN Entered". Too bad that option doesn't work with SSN. Badness removed by this ticket.

🛖 LS-127244: The AMI Category block, when setting the field using the API, will prioritize using the Area Median Income band to be set instead of the Statewide band.

👉 LS-127392: Added a note to the top of the Admin > Restricted Programs/Offices page to clarify that all selected restrictions will apply when determining if someone can view a case.

🗒️ 🗒️ LS-127478: If your site has Case Note Copy enabled, the options in the Add Case Note block are fancier. "Show Copy to Case", "Use Listview Select for Copy to Case", and a way to configure which fields are displayed by the list.
