🪄 API mavens should review the always-informative, interesting, and ever-changing API Changelog.

↗️ LS-120270: Make the Generic Outgoing API block module agnostic. Fairly sure that means it will work in other places than cases.

✅ LS-132404: The "Check All" link on the Admin > Post Leave Hours page is old, crusty, and often doesn't work, so we're removing it. The checkbox in the list header continues to do exactly what you want, viz.: select all the rows.

🏭 LS-133285: The Organization Client Contact block lets you enter an Email for a contact in the popup edit window (colloquially: "the modal"), but doesn't display it when you return to the form or profile. Display goodness added.

↙️ LS-134751: Your shiny Reports API call can result in error sadness if the report contains a value derived from a date or time field. For example, a Date Start column formatted to Age (Years Only). Joyful results are in your future.

🚳 LS-134852: The Confidential Notes block that adorns many timeslip forms will stop flashing the background of the notes box yellow to indicate a note draft is being saved.

🚤 LS-135136: Got your list views defaulted to display 200 rows instead of the default 20? Got a lot of list views that display when you look at a case? You'll see your page load speed decrease.

👩🏼‍🔧 LS-135194: When updating a disputed transaction in the Contractor module, the followup transaction profile contains a "Return" button, which will now return you to the work order.

👩🏼‍🔧 LS-135716: Entering a Contractor billing transaction can display an "Agreed additional fees" field, but it started being required, which it shouldn't be, so we're  stopping that.

🗃️ LS-135894: Would you like the option to download an entire document folder on a case to a zip file that contains all the files and subfolders in that folder? If so, check out the 3 dot menu (colloquially: "context menu") for a folder in the File Manager. It will politely tell you it can't do it if there are over 1,000 files, or those files add up to more than 4 GB. If you don't know what to do with zip files, find a 10 year old to show you. Quiz: Check the boxes for a few folders and/or files on a case. See the button bar that appears below the files and folders? Will that Download button do what you hope and dream it will?

🌊 LS-136732: Follow up work for client photos in Flowblocks not displaying or not being right-sized.

✂️ LS-136794: Report filters like “ID Matches your user access assignment permissions” that inadvertently appeared in some reports starting 2025-11-07 will be automatically removed if you haven't already deleted them.

🌊 LS-136795: Adding a new Flowblock and using the Reset and Copy Existing Flowblock option is not ending well in most cases. Happy ending added.

🦮 LS-136826: Your InCert Guided Navigation intake is a delight to fill out, unless a date field causes it to stall with an endless spinner of sadness. Sadness removed.

📅 LS-136887: Would you rather see "Supervisors' Meeting" or "Supervisor's Meeting" on the calendar? Yeah, us too.

🌊 LS-136996: If you enjoy the Workflow step type Send Message, you will be over the moon to hear that there are several placeholders (or tokens, or variables) you can use to insert information specific to the record you are messaging about. [Client full Name], [Case Number], [Module Link], and many more.

🌐 LS-137043: Some political boundaries (GIS) are being shy, despite being checked in the Address block configuration to display. This ticket gives them the confidence to once again be loud and proud.

📃 LS-137092: The Email PDF of  Profile block stopped including Header elements in the PDFs it generates. You put those on your print profile for a reason, so we're fixing the blockage.

😥 LS-137354: The AMI Poverty Category block is calculating the AMI Category correctly, but not saving the value if the category changed from a previous save. Not good, so we'll ensure it saves every time.

🚒 👨🏼‍🚒 LS-137396: Trying to enter Project time on 2025-11-21 resulted in red bar errors of various flavors, none of which were good. Fix pushed that day at 12:17 PM Eastern.

🧙🏾‍♀️ We're re-releasing the LS5 Wizard on demo sites just in time for Thanksgiving dinner (V GF ND). Govern yourselves accordingly.

🪟 LS-128988 & LS-135166: Restore certain list view filter functionality in specific configurations (like having the case events list view on a tab block vs a homepage or filtering for currently logged in user)

📌 LS-135897: Case Note Pinning comes to LS5!

🚥 LS-136337: Already using the Case Header? (You will be when LS-136921 lands, like it or not.) Disappointed when all dispositions showed up as green? With the addition of red and yellow, hopefully your disappointment will be alleviated.

🌊 LS-136756: Flowblock has a different front end in LS4 and LS5, so not everything that shows up in one automagically shows up in the other. This ticket addresses the Docket Number field. Other fields to be addressed real soon now.

🏷️ LS-136993: If the Confidential Notes block on a timeslip was set to required, it was required, but it didn't bear the "Required" label. It's back!

🚀 LS-136994: There were times the LS5 Actions menu was truncated. This ticket returns the width to our menus.

🗣️ LS-136998: Couldn't hear the Actions Button? This ticket adds much needed voice over support to the label.

🙈 LS-137002: In the SSN & DOB block (and in other places) when there was no answer to Status, the underlying (and hidden) field was still required, causing confusion. Confusion alleviated by defaulting the value to known (since in these blocks, there should always be a value in the status field).

🚪4️⃣ 5️⃣ LS-137113: Want the prettier, more modern, generally sleeker LS5 Login page now? Without even needing to opt into LS5 proper? Then surely you want to check out the "Login Page Style" selector on the Admin > Site Settings page. Stay on that page and read the next note.

🚪4️⃣ 5️⃣ LS-137114: The Admin > Site Settings page gets a new "Current Site Template Style" entry displaying LS4, LS5, or Windows95. Super extra bonus: It will also list every user role on your site and which template style each role is set to.
