2025-12-03 Release Notes

News

We're giddy with anticipation over these nice folks going live next week:

Changes

πŸ‘‰ πŸ‘‰ Effective 2025-12-04 for demo sites, then 2025-12-12 for live sites. πŸ‘ˆ πŸ‘ˆ

πŸͺ„ API mavens should review the always-informative, interesting, and ever-changing API Changelog.

πŸ”¦ LS-134314: If you collect courts on litigation records, you may be interested in finding the new "Show a litigation courts column in the people search results" setting on the Admin > Top Level Navigation Bar/Search page's Search tab.

πŸ—ƒοΈ LS-136930: You love the new File Manager on cases. Imagine your joy when you see it available on outreaches, organizations, grants, and if you have them, projects.

☎️ LS-137149: Hapless potential volunteers filling out your shiny Registrants form shouldn't get an error if you collect Preferred Phone information. So we'll stop that.

πŸ”¦ LS-137341: If you have Phone Number set to Yes on the Search tab of the Admin > Top Level Navigation Bar/Search page, you probably expect to see the Phone Number field in search results. Expectation will be fulfilled.

LS5

Are you testing LS5? You may find the following useful, interesting, or both.

πŸ—ΊοΈ LS-136681: If you've exposed the Google Maps link in the Address block, you'll enjoy it being an actual clickable link.

πŸš€ LS-136999: If you put your cursor over the Actions menu Rocket icon it displays a mouseover (or hover buddy, or whatever you want to call it) telling you "Actions". But it shouldn't keep displaying if you click on the Rocket to see the actual menu, so we're making it politely get out of your way.

πŸ“… LS-137477: The Event List on calendar section fronts gets functioning checkboxes, a working Select All checkbox, and buttons to die for. What's not to like?
