📄 LS-77137: For sites that have SharePoint Integration, the Document List block (which now displays the File Manager) gets a new option to let you pick User Authentication or App Authentication.
🏷️ LS-125015: You can set a sitewide default funding code for non-client time on the Admin > Timekeeping Settings page, and users can set a preference for the same. But it's not clear on either end that the system setting overrides any user preference. Clarity on the way with improved label wording.
👷 LS-143576: Adding a contractor to a work order is hiding contractors who have Login Active set to No. We'll stop hiding them, and only look for Current = Yes to decide which contractors to show you.
👷 LS-143868: The Contractor Disputed Billing Transactions block will start displaying associated invoice numbers.
🗓️ LS-144860: The filters on the calendar Day/Week/Month views have been touchy and not always saving your choices. Robustness is being added so the filters will do what you say 100% of the time.
🏥 LS-145027: The Appointment Creation block in the Clinic module gets a new "Default New Appointments to Publish Online?" option.
📖 LS-145131: Should the red X to delete a Knowledge Resource translation actually delete it or just appear to? Surely you will like our answer.
👩🔬 LS-145201: The Show Filters icon can stop working if you change tabs on an Outreach section front with multiple tabs (which is a lot of them). Relief is on the way.
🪟 LS-145337: The Snapshot New element's dropdown list of cases you've recently viewed got cutoff recently such that you can't see much of the little window or click on any of the entries. We're restoring it to it's former glory.
🙈 LS-145521: If you've noticed your case profile pages jumping past stuff and putting focus in an input element like the Search box on the case notes list, you've been annoyed. Us too. So we're going to stop doing that. Fear not, edit forms will continue to put focus in the first input element (colloquially: the first field on the form).
🚒 🧑🚒 LS-145804: Selecting Credit User(s) in the Enhanced Charges block worked perfectly, unless you needed to remove a user. Fix pushed out on 2026-06-25 at 12:58 PM Eastern.
🚒 🧑🚒 LS-145898: Verifying time (EVT/AGM) decided to stop working. Fix pushed out on 2026-06-26 at 10:53 AM.
🚒 🧑🚒 LS-145899: Starting intake on some pending case transfers was not doing what you needed. Fix pushed out on 2026-06-26 at 12:51 PM Eastern.
🚒 🧑🚒 LS-145908: The Contractor Timeslip block stopped showing radio buttons to select a Work Order and then a Product or Service. Fix pushed out on 2026-06-29 at 11:22 AM Eastern.

Are you testing LS5? You may find the following useful, interesting, or both.
🔍 LS-141576: The "Search" box in the Case/Matter - Cases list view (colloquially: the Cases list on the Cases page) has been described as "persistently inconsistent in LS5". Persistent consistency is on the way.
🚨 LS-142447: Case alerts will display 96.2% more better. And might even get a red border like in LS4.
🌊 LS-143830: Some Flowblock fields that are clickable links in LS4 are not clickable in LS5. Current list: All Current Assignments, Income Summary, Expense Summary, Asset Summary, Primary Advocate, All Additional Names, All Phone Numbers, Litigation. Get your mouse ready.
🔍 LS-144840: Search in LS5 can't be turned off by user role like red Search in LS4. Deficiency corrected by the new user role permission "System: Show Top Search Link". If you don't want to click through all your user roles, there is a list of roles with that permission enabled at the bottom of the Search tab on the Admin > Top Level Navigation/Search page.
🏥 LS-145028: The page for assigning clinic users to specific appointment slots gets a much needed LS5 overhaul.
📜 LS-145357: Part to Send in a scheduled report has "No available options" in LS5. Options will be displayed.
🚦 LS-145367: Submitting a form in LS4 shows required field warnings, LS5 button just says "Processing". Warnings will be displayed.
📋 LS-145503: The Admin > Support Tickets list says "No fields selected for display" in LS5. Lists will be displayed.
📋 LS-145777: Innumerable improvements to list views in LS5. A "full screen" icon. Borders. Subtle (very) zebra striping on rows. Name columns are never, ever elided. Notes-y columns display more text, and get a nice little expand icon if you want to see it all. And more.
[Correction: the new permissions page is LS5 only] 📃 ☕ LS-145778: The user role permissions page gets a fancy new interface (both LS4 and LS5 only). Per Jeff's email to the Announcements and Siteadmins lists, this will not hit live sites until 2026-07-17. Lots to like. Take some time to check it out on your demo site while sipping your oatmilk latte.
📋 LS-145781: Several lists that display in LS5 in "LS4 mode" are going native LS5. Amongst them: Pro Bono Recommended List, the calendar Events list, Tasks list, and the Case Note List block view.
