🧙 API mavens should review the always-informative, interesting, and ever-changing API Changelog.
🧙 API mavens will also want to know that API OpenAPI specifications got version numbers this sprint. We'll increment them any time there are updates so they can be checked to see if there is something different.
👩🔬 LS-102688: User Viewing report filters on Program do not read Additional Programs when determining which cases to show the user. But they should, so they shall.
🙈 LS-143734: If you use the Generate PDF Doc of Profile block, especially in client-facing external forms, you may be pleased to see a new option to hide the "Download PDF" checkbox.
📥 LS-145842: The Dropbox Documents block gets some shiny new "Also show documents for:" options. We don't want to spoil your joy at seeing them all, so we aren't listing them here.
📝 LS-146174: The Add Case Note block gets a fancier "Show Copy to Case" option. If you check that option and the "Use Listview (sic) Select for Copy to Case", you can choose to show Associated Cases, Related Cases, and Associated Cases of Related Cases. What's not to like.
🏛️ LS-147501: Do your shiny dynamic events often involve a Court, Courtroom, and Judge? If so, you may be intrigued by the new Event Courtroom block [citation needed].
🔢 LS-147797: Cause Number Identification doesn't work in the associate cases list. But it will.
📜 LS-148393: We're adding the ability to report on Clinic Contacts, Clinic Emergency Contacts, and Clinic Event Emergency Contacts.
🧑🏭 LS-148775: Case Copy features are not working if you've configured your site to include multi-select custom person fields. Support for such fields is on the way.
🏢 LS-148797: The Organization field on a timeslip only searches for organizations tagged as Community-Based Organizations or Contractors. Tag limitations removed.
📅 LS-148854: Enhanced Reminders for events linked to cases will generate a case note when sent. And each recipient will be listed along with whether the email was sent successfully. What's not to like.
📜 LS-148878: Got a shiny dynamic Service/phase profile? Want to embed a report on it? If that's you, joy will be yours when you see the Report Part block sporting the new "Limit to Linked Services" option.
📃 LS-149435. Custom matter fields of type document_id will stop producing spurious errors on external forms.
🖊️ LS-149526: If you send someone an external form with the Signature Attestation block on it, and they manage to put a "/" in there, and you produce a PDF of the whole thing, the error that happens is confusing. But it won't be, because it won't happen.
📅 LS-149559: The shiny New Calendar Interface needs a clickable link in the hover text to the case/matter/etc. if linked to one, and should display the client's name instead of "None". Needs will be met.
😮 LS-149733: Report run mode is displaying user IDs instead of the names of users you have selected in a filter. The results are correct, but having Selected Options full of numbers is not helpful, so we're going back to displaying human names.
🌐 LS-149794: Various GIS political boundary fields on a case profile have stopped showing stored values, even though your form with the Address block on it shows them just fine. Profile adjustments are on the way, but you may need to remove and re-add these fields after this change lands.
📷 LS-150049: If client photos stopped displaying in your Flowblock of wonder, contact support@legalserver.org for immediate relief, or wait for this fix to land.
LS5 Interface
🆗 LS-142644: "I would like the Show button for Additional Numbers [in the Applicant Phone #s block] to be closer to the label instead of way, way off to the right." Wayward button adjustment on the way.
📜 LS-143311: Embedded reports don't have a horizontal scrollbar in LS5. When you need one, you need it.
❤️ LS-143962: Report hearts in LS5 are nearly invisible, tinier even than the Grinch's two sizes too small heart.
🆗 LS-146726: The Show Button displayed by the Branch Logic Form Toggle Button block is right-aligned and hard for users to find in LS5. Proximity to label will be achieved.
⛓️💥 LS-147888: LS5 displays the Profile and Preferences links in the Profile menu even if those options are unchecked for a user role. LS5 is being taught to honor Viewable User Stripe settings.
📝 LS-148983: Notes (Generic) block on case profile in LS5 has no Edit option when in editable disposition, and disappears from profile when not in editable disposition. LS4 editability parity will be achieved.
🧑🔧 LS-149488: LS5 Form Edit Interface drops the parenthetical text when displaying blocks like "Applicant Name (Prescreen)" and "Notes (Generic)", and forms like "Transfer Intake Page 2 (Project Info)" in a list of forms on a process. Full labels will be (we're sure) displayed.
📃 LS-149016: The Add Document block on a prescreen summary in LS5 does not have an "[EDIT]" link to actually add the document. But it will.
⚙️ LS-149560: Enable Switch to LS5 button everywhere. We're adding a Admin > Sites Settings > "Allow access to LS5 User Interface". Turn it on and users will have buttons to switch back and forth. Turn it off and they won't. Watch the Siteadmins mailing list for specifics and updates.
🐑 LS-149643: Default value for multi-select field ignored by LS5 and displays "Please select". Your defaults will be honored.
➡️ ⬅️ LS-149697: Tighten up horizontal efficiency in LS5 top right buttons. Because who doesn't like horizontal efficiency.
💬 LS-150040: A Message alert displayed by the Homepage Alerts block in LS5 does not include important information like the Date, From, To, and if the message is linked to a case, the client's name and case number as a clickable link. LS4 parity is on the way.
