☎️ LS-149979: If you copy a phone number from somewhere and it has control characters like "\u202c" in it, we'll do our best to strip those out when you paste into an industry-standard LegalServer phone number field.
👀 LS-150191: If a Clinic Event Appointment workflow fails, would you rather see "Error" or something a bit more informative? We think you'll like our choice.
🙈 LS-150290: If you use the full Financial Information block in your online intakes, an applicant not filling out the income rows correctly should no longer get an impolite error they won't understand.
🔨 LS-150561: QR codes are not displaying, making setting up MFA (Multifactor Authentication) harder than it needs to be. We banged the side of the generator and it will start working again once this fix lands.
🏢 LS-150590: Microsoft Office For The Web Integration stopped working. Working status will be re-achieved.
👁️🗨️ LS-150668: The Case Timely Closed and CSR Eligibility v2 blocks display vague Close Reason A is required and Close Reason B is required warnings. The block name will be prepended so you know where to look.
📧 LS-150792: Confirmation and verification emails (EVT/AGM) do not honor the No Spoofing option and can get rejected, quarantined, or tagged as spam. Honor will be shown.
LS5 Interface
🎁 LS-150763: Putting this one up top out of order for prominence. If you are using the LS5 interface, you will be using the New Calendar Interface, the New LS5 Form Edit Interface, the New LS5 Role Permissions Interface, New Report Interface, and the LS5 version of the Financial Information block. No on/off switches after this change lands.
🚨 LS-143463: Home page alerts are fully expanded in LS5; no collapsed option with a count of how many alerts there are, as in LS4. LS4 parity is on the way.
LS-144121: LS5 Search returns documents linked to cases you are not allowed to view. It will stop doing that.
🔲 LS-145814: Case Timely Closed block does not display the Override button in LS5 and has formatting issues. Button located, styling will be applied.
🔎 LS-145834: Project field on outreach records displays a search box in LS4, no selector at all in LS5. Selector located and being added.
🎓 LS-146715: The Application DOB block has display issues when Show Senior Characteristics is enabled. Issues will be dealt with.
🪟 LS-148402: The Set Value selector on a Workflow Step is too narrow in LS5. Room to breath being added.
🚄 LS-148882: Refer Here pages for an etransfer are taking 3 times as long to load in LS5 or timing out. Performance enhancing code being applied.
🖊️ LS-148985: The Notes (Generic) block on a profile page will display rich text more richly.
🔃 LS-149696: Guided Navigation logic is ignoring selections made in the Reject Reason and Matter Referral Reporting Code block. GN being told to respect the block.
🚡 LS-149911: Case timeslips in LS5 frequently don't pull the funding code from the case. Pull skills are being honed.
🎉 LS-150127: Contrast and readability improvements in various places, especially lists, are on the way. Side-by-side your demo site and live site on Thursday. Experience the joy.
🙈 LS-150161: Should the "Welcome back" and "You're logged into" bits always display, taking up valuable home page space? If you are in Camp No, surely you will be pleased by the new “Show LS5 home page welcome banner” setting on the Admin > Site Settings page.
📜 LS-150267: The New Report Interface leaves some wasted space on the right side of the screen when you run a report; worse in LS5. Fill it to the brim on the way.
🙈 LS-150386: Logging in via SSO in LS5 leaves a "Logging out" message on the screen. Confusing, so we'll stop doing that.
🔧 LS-150567: Funding Code Block (and Contract Allocation Block for EVT/AGM) not honoring block permissions for Roles to Allowed to Edit in LS5. Honor will be shown.
⏲️ LS-150591: Can't Start Timer for This Client in LS5 on an incomplete intake. But you will be able to.
🔗 LS-150728: The Problem Codes field on a clinic profile lists all of the problem codes in LS5 instead of showing the first 5 and a "more" link as in LS4. That can be a long list, so we're adding the shiny LS5-y "+N More" link.
5️⃣ LS-150750: The Enable LS5 Financial Block site setting is going away. Meaning the Financial Information block will always get LS5 styling in the LS5 interface.
⌨️ LS-150795: A few adjustments are being made to the Actions menu shortcut in LS5 to maintain strict compatibility with LS4. Viz: Command + . and Shift + . also act as Actions shortcuts (in addition to just . (dot, period). Successive shortcut keypresses immediately after opening the Actions menu do not close it: <ESC> key closes this menu as normal behavior.
5️⃣ LS-150816: The "Display Switch to LS5" setting (Admin > Site Settings) will be set to Yes unless your site has been exempted per Chris Schwartz's email to the Siteadmins list. This will happen tomorrow (2026-10-15) on demo sites and Friday (2026-10-16).
