Welcome the following nice folks as they begin their onboarding journey of wonder as the bountiful March Cohort:

Not much of a challenge if you like to guess geographic location based on name. Hope you enjoy at least the one. For the others you could always test your knowledge of US state capitals.

Changes

API Mavens should check the always interesting and informative API Changelog.

LS-105403: The Pro Bono Batch Referral Attempts feature gets several enhancements. The Cases list gets filters for Case Status and Primary Assignment, the existing filters for Legal Problem Code and County of PB Opportunity are now multi-selects, and a Client Name column. The Users list's existing County and Subjects filters are now multi-select, the default filter "User Role = Pro Bono Restricted Access" gets the "X" that lets you temporarily remove it, new columns appear for Start Date of Last Assignment and Total Number of Cases, and the Counties column is now sortable.

LS-105795: Accessibility: Numeric cells in list views will now have a tabindex.

🔨 LS-109322: The "Default Overrides Existing Value" configuration options in the Problem Code/Special Problem Code block work for Legal Problem Code, but not Special Legal Problem Code. Seemed unfair, and confusing. Now it will work for both. (Prematurely announced in the 2024-02-28 Release Notes; almost certainly for real this time)

LS-109849: Guided Navigation mavens struggling with testing the Prescreen Date and Prescreen Date/Time fields will find that if either is displayed as "N/A", the field is "not null" but "is empty".

🌊 LS-110127: Flowblock configurators were excited to see "Assigned Organization Name" as an available field. Then dejected when adding it perpetrated an error. Prepare to be re-excited.

LS-111442: "May a user expense this activity?" on Time Activity Type lookup values is super extra required, yet doesn't bear the mark of the red star. Now it will.

LS-110459: AGMers will be excited to see that they can edit existing rows in User Labor Distributions now.

⭐ LS-110732: You may have used the Mass Assignment Updates feature to transfer a bunch of assignments. Several have pined for a way to mass end a bunch of assignments. Piners will be excited to see the MAU page now offers the ability to Transfer Assignments or End Assignments. It will very intentionally not let you end the current primary assignment on cases.

💰 LS-111500: The Value column from the Outcomes V2 subtable is displaying lovely numbers in your report. All is grand unless you try to filter on that column and are stymied by the only options being "Is Null" and "Is Not Null". Joy will be yours when the expected "Greater than", "Less than", etc. filter options magically appear in your report after this fix lands.

LS-111683: The Highlight formatting option in the new (still optional) TipTap editor will now do what you expect.

LS-111773: If your intake workers have complained that the dropdown lists for for Primary Advocate and Assigned By at the end of intakes are too long (or slow to load if they have anemic computers and/or slow internet connections and you have a lot of users) the Disposition block's new "Caseworker Search & Select" and "Assigned By Search & Select" options are worth checking out.

🦾 LS-112046: Sites doing HUD ARM Electronic Reporting get the soon-to-be-required-by-HUD "Agency Unique Entity Identifier" field, which replaces the Dun & Bradstreet Number, which replaced the number carved on the clay tablet HUD issued your organization.

LS-112210: You'd like a way for people to fill out your shiny dynamic task and deadline forms, but land back on the case profile (instead of the task profile). The Submit (Configurable) block's new "Parent Module Profile (Task/Deadline Only)" option you will like.

LS-112279: If you use the Office and/or Program fields on timeslips, you may well have hidden those fields and defaulted them to "User's Office" (or "User's Program"). Great, you say, but we have implemented Additional Offices and/or Additional Programs on user records. So we need, you continue, a way to let users pick from amongst the offices/programs in their user record. Well you, this is us again, might possibly be excited by two new configuration options in each of those fields: "Limit Options to Current User Selections (Offices/Programs)" and "Enable Show All Button for Limited Lookup".

LS-112328: You put the Mailing Address block on your prescreen create form and enabled the "Ask if same as main address" option. Imagine your surprise when you filled out that form, checked the box, and ended up with no mailing address. Not the good kind of surprise, so we will now copy the main/home address as you expected.

LS-112374: Workflow mavens setting up reminders on appointment slots filled via online intake will be pleased to see the client's name in the event reminder.

🗓️ LS-112456: Trying to fill a clinic appointment slot that someone else just filled will not let you double-book the slot, but instead give you a friendly explanation about it being filled and refresh the list of available slots.

🚒 👨🏼‍🚒 LS-112692: Some Guided Navigation dialogues started displaying a neverending "Loading ..." modal on Friday (2024-03-01). Final complete fix pushed out everywhere on 2024-03-01 at 7:38 PM Eastern.
