⏳ LS-125238: A case timeslip form with no Funding Code block (what?) will still record the case's funding code on the timeslip if you add time directly from a case (bet you didn't know that). The same does not happen if you add time from the main Timekeeping page and need to search or click in the sidebar to link the timeslip to a case. That causes confusing results, so we're going to also store the case's funding code in the second scenario.
📣 LS-125913: You will now be required to select a value for SharePoint Site and Library in the SharePoint - Create Case Folder block.
🦮 LS-125965: InCert Guided Navigation is not always saving your choices for default values "Current Date" and "Specified Date". Now it will.
🙈 LS-126877: (Aisle 7 Initiative) Have you ever wondered what "New DV Intake Process" is, or been bemused when someone told you to "Just ignore it and keep living your life"? You needn't ignore what is not there, so this ticket removes it.
⚡ LS-127069: The Enhanced Charges block gets a new "Show Credit Note" option. In case you use case credits and your users have a burning desire to enter notes about each credit.
🌊 LS-127537: Improved the display of Flowblock's Adverse Party Summary and Other Contact Summary field elements. No spurious "N/A"s, clean line breaks, display unicorn emoji correctly, and more.
🔍 LS-127539: When adding a contact to a case (via the Case Contacts block) there’s no way to see if that contact is a client, adverse party, or contact on another case in the system. So we're adding a Profile link and a Conflict Search link below the name you select.
📜 LS-127567. Could the Case Data > Most Recent Service subtable in reports be even more wonderful? We think you'll agree it is with the addition of a Custom Service/Phase subtable letting you pull in as many of your bountiful custom service/phase fields as you want.
🦮 LS-127581: You added the Disposition block to your Guided Navigation segment of wonder, but had all the bad feels after selecting "Assigned To" and not being able to select a user. Feel better.
🌎 🗣️ LS-127600: We're updating the Family Information, Adverse Party, and Financial blocks so translations via multiple language support work in InCert intakes.
⛓️💥 LS-127673: The Arrests (Singular) block's Law Enforcement Agency search works great, except that Chrome and Chrome-adjacent browsers show the search results in a very narrow list. Not everyone has Firefox available to see the wide, roomy search results, so we're working around the Chrome quirk.
🎫 LS-127734: Clicking on a ticket on the Admin > Support Tickets page may result in an error prompting you to, well, create a ticket. Not as bad as rain on your wedding day, but we will ensure all tickets can be seen.
💂🏼 LS-127789: Online intakers are quite creative at getting a household size of zero entered, which is not good for an online intake that captures financial information to calculate percentage of poverty. We've added another guardrail to try to keep them inside the lines.
📆 LS-127790: We will try very very hard to notice if a Scheduled Report was not sent when scheduled and make a mighty effort to try again. While in that neighborhood we added a Datetime Due column to the scheduled list so you can see, at a glance, when we think a report will next be sent.
🪣 LS-127849: If the Excel export of your report is over 500MB, you will almost certainly start getting an error. CSV export may be your new best friend, especially after it becomes easier to use in the not too distant future.
🚒 🧑🏼🚒 LS-128235: The Online Intake Block is used in a variety of situations and configurations by clever and creative administrators. We dared to gaze upon it recently, and some of those configurations stopped working as expected on Friday (2025-04-04). We pushed out a change on Monday (2025-04-07 at 7:38 PM), but it turns out that did not cover all the problematic situations, so we pushed out a change on 2025-04-09 at 10:45 AM Eastern that restores the behavior for all situations and configurations.
