👩🏼‍🔧 LS-130541: Sites with the Contractor module feel the Invoice list view displaying Invoiced Amount would be helpful. We agree, so let's do it.

⭐️ 💫 📧 📎 LS-132456: "Please make the client's email address displayed by a Flowblock start an email, like the Snapshot New block has done since last decade. Thank you, love you, bye." Not content with such a simple remit (and wearing a hoodie emblazoned with "Flexible, Consistent, Powerful"), one of our intrepid developers is adding an icon to start an email. And an icon to copy to clipboard. And doing the same for the case's email address.

🌊 📧 LS-132636: We're adding additional checks and protections against a Workflow that sends emails going off the rails and sending the same email over and over, thus annoying your recipients.

🇺🇸 LS-132800: Picking a county in the expression editor (say in an Advanced Grant Filter) is challenging if multiple (US) states have a county with the same name. Fourteen "Warren" options is unhelpful, so we're going to display "Warren - TN", "Warren - PA", etc. (Fortunately, the US did not inherit the concept of ceremonial, local, and historic counties. Just counties.)

📆 LS-132811: The main Calendar page started showing only two event types/colors in the side bar, instead of all the enabled types. Many of you noticed, and do not like it, so we're fixing the thing that caused it.

📆 LS-132937: An All Day calendar event will not display in the calendar views if the End Date is invalid, so we're going to start ignoring such invalid dates.

📧 🗿 LS-133177: You've made good use of the Email PDF of Profile block in your online intake, but then it stopped working and left your hapless applicants staring at a page asking for a password. Unhelpful and confusing, so we're fixing that.

🌊 LS-133226: If your Workflow of wonder triggers an external process to send something to a pro bono user assigned to a case something, should it fail if there is more than one pro bono assignment on the case? You felt strongly that it should not. We agree.

📆 LS-133229: The calendar Day, Week, and Month views filtered for a specific Office will not show an event if the only attendees are pro bono users. The use case for this seems to have been lost to history, but whatever it was we're going to stop hiding such events.

🔁 LS-133230: You decide one of your Guided Navigation dialogues isn't so wonderful, so you click to delete it, then click the "Yes, continue" button to confirm. Should nothing happen, or the dialogue be deleted? The consensus was for delete, so that's what we will do.

📆 LS-133247: If your online intake scheduling page of wonder can't retrieve appointment slots because the API credentials are wrong, the message will now say that instead of "unknown error". A planned improvement is to also have Ellis whisper in the ear of site administrator(s) through the brain interface module.

🚨 LS-133250: A list of Alerts on a home page could take way too long to load under certain conditions. Conditions identified and will be dealt with for a speedier and more joyful experience.

🚒 👨🏼‍🚒 LS-133402: Sites using Activity records were dismayed to see the Activity Log not showing any activity records on Friday, so we pushed out a fix to all sites that day at 12:45 PM Eastern.

🚒 👨🏼‍🚒 LS-133475: Hapless potential volunteers filling out an external form for the Registrants module were being treated to an error. Sad. Very sad. Fixed pushed out to all sites on 2025-08-04 at 2:22 PM Eastern.
