✒️ LS-142011: Regardless of how you accept a Registrant and make them a user, the email subject should use your carefully crafted text in the "Volunteer Registration Acceptance Subject", right? When you're right, you're right, so we'll make that happen.
📃 ⏳ LS-142119: If it is taking a while to display the documents in a case's Sharepoint Documents, we will tell you we've paused retrieving the results so you can do other things on the case, but will also offer a "Wait for the Document List to Load" link so you can unpause it.
📋 LS-142182: When we recently categorized and beautfized the user role permissions page, we forgot a couple. If you want to know which ones, grab the list now so you can do a diff after this change lands.
📃 LS-142439: If a case doesn't have any Sharepoint Documents, should the folder name be the case number, like "26-0000001", or the SP folder ID, like "01DRXWUYPAXUSSEA4CFJHL7LAEEVJXLPOO"? We think you'll agree with our choice.
🚒 🧑🚒 LS-142130: The My Time widget wasn't always updating right away after entering time, leaving you wondering if you entered that last timeslip or just dreamed it. Fix pushed out on 2026-04-02 at 4:07 PM Eastern.

Are you testing LS5? You may find the following useful, interesting, or both.
🔍 LS-140264: If you are trying to select the "04s - Counsel and advice" outcome on a case, and enter "advice" in LS5, you are confused by no results. You know that outcome exists. You know it works in LS4. And you are correct, so we're adjusting LS5's search and select fu.
➕ ➖ LS-140367: The toggler list in the Supervisor/Supervising block isn't working in LS5. And it isn't even pretty. Beautification and functionification are on the way.
🔍 LS-141124: You searched for something in LS5, but got a ton of results and find the modal a bit limiting to scroll through. After this change lands, look for the Fullscreen icon (colloquially: arrow-top-right-on-square) in the upper right corner. Lots to like in the bigger view.
📻 LS-141511: If you configure the Applicant Phone #s block's Preferred Type to Show Radio Buttons, should LS5 show checkboxes? In a word, no, so we're teaching it about radio buttons.
🤓 LS-141562: Does your favorite list view have column footers that display information enmeshed in "<span> </span>" and other HTML tags? Tag removal is on the way. We hope we get your favorite.
🎟️ LS-141623: You struggled to create a new Project Grant Distribution Group in LS5 and documented your struggles in a thoughtful and thorough ticket. All points addressed.
💡 LS-141894: "I wanted to associate an old case to a new case, and I could not do it is LS5. However, I went back to LS4 and was able to do it." You won't need to switch after this fix lands.
🔍 LS-142044: "I miss Search > People when I am in LS5." If you feel the same, you may like seeing arrow-top-right-on-square icon People in the search modal's left pane.
🎭 LS-142146: If you have the GIS module, the Address block's performance in LS5 has underwhelmed you with some political boundaries not being displayed or being displayed empty. You will be whelmed after this fix lands.
